Dein Zimmer hat knapp 11qm und ist ausgestattet mit schönem Fischgrätparkett, einem großen Kastenfenster und hohen Decken - ein typischer Wiener Altbau.
Das Kabinett ist in den Innenhof ausgerichtet - daher im Sommer angenehm kühl und ruhig.
Wie bereits erwähnt: Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neulinggasse 21 im Hochparterre eines sanierten Altbaus und teilt sich wie folgt auf:

Your room has 11qm and is equipped with beautiful herringbone parquet, big double windows and a pretty high ceiling - just a typical viennese old building with a view to the courtyard.
As I mentioned before: the flatshare is located right in the centre of 3. district (Neulinggasse 21) in the mezzanine of a renovated old building.
Additionally we have another a balcony in the courtyard and a basement with bike racks. All rooms are separately accessible (see flat map).
Verkehrsanbindung:
Der Bus 4A und 74A, sowie die Straßenbahnlinie O befinden sich nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 71 sowie die U3 Station Rochusgasse, S-Bahn Station Rennweg und Wien Mitte (CAT) sind innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Tür zu Tür zum Flughafen ca. 20min.
Lage:
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Landstraßer Hauptstraße, Wien Mitte, Rochusmarkt) wie Supermärkte (Billa gleich ums Eck), Drogerien, Apotheken, Bäckereien, Banken und Postämter in nächster Nähe.

The bus 4A and 74A as well as the tram line O are just a few steps away.
Tram line 71 as well as metro station U3 "Rochusgasse", train station "Rennweg" and "Wien Mitte" (CAT/AIRPORT) are reachable within 10min of walking.
Nearby you will find everything you need - supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery, bars and restaurants.
Ich bin Claudia, 30 Jahre alt und wohne seit 10 Jahren hier (ursprünglich aus Bayern). Beruflich bin ich recht viel unterwegs und daher nicht so oft in der Wohnung - wenn ich in Wien bin, dann mach ich gern was mit Freunden, koche, mach Sport und trink eig. ständig Kaffee ;)
Hugo ist 25, aus Frankreich und im Marketing tätig.
Da wir beruflich sehr eingespannt sind, würd ich unsere Wohnung eher als Zweck-WG einordnen.
In der WG ist mir Zuverlässigkeit, Rücksichtnahme und vor allem ein respektvoller Umgang wichtig!

My name is Claudia, I'm 30 and live here since 10 years already. Most of the time I'm on the road because of my job - so you might have the flat for yourself sometimes to often ;)
When I'm in the city I like spending my time with close friends, cooking, doing some sports (tennis/jogging) and holding a coffee cup in my hand while being overtired ;)
When it comes to the flatshare I'd say that reliability, respect and consideration are my most important points.
