23qm Altbauzimmer zum grünen Ruhehof (engl Version below)

Die komplette Wohnung befindet sich in Hofruhelage und ist umgeben vom Stadtgarten, Botanischen Garten, Arenbergpark und dem Schloss Belvedere.

Außerdem bist du perfekt an den ÖPNV angebunden:
U3 Rochusgasse: 9 Minuten
U4 Stadtgarten: 10 Minuten
S-Bahn Rennweg : 2 Minuten
Ungargasse / Neulinggasse: 1 Minute

Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10 Minuten an der Hauptuni und in 15 Minuten an der Wirtschaftsuniversität

Ein Billa befindet sich im gleichen Haus und ein Lidl ist in der S-Bahn Station Rennweg vorhanden.

Warum du in meine WG ziehen solltest:
Zunächst, weil ich ziemlich entspannt sind! :) Ich bin oft in der Natur oder in der Stadt unterwegs, hab gerne Freunde auf unserem Sofa sitzen oder bin für einen Wochenendtrip in der bayerischen Heimat unterwegs. Für mich ist ein achtsamer Umgang miteinander ziemlich wichtig, daher brauchst du dir keine Sorgen machen, dass ich nachts um drei auf die Idee kommen den Mixer anzuwerfen (außer du möchtest auch einen Margherita)

Wie du sein solltest:
Ob du studierst oder arbeitest ist mir ganz gleich - ich möchte nur keine Zweck WG. Abends ein Glas Spritzer trinken, gemeinsam kochen oder eine House Warming Party sollten für dich genauso normal sein, wie es manchmal eine geschlossene Zimmertür eben ist :)
Wohnung will ich keine Operationen an der offenen Lunge durchführen aber eine gewisse Reinlichkeit sollte für jeden selbstverständlich sein.

Aufgrund der aktuellen Situation würde ich das Kennenlernen virtuell durchführen aber ich glaube, das bekommen wir ganz gut hin. Falls du die Wohnung früher oder später beziehen willst, lass uns einfach darüber schreiben, wir finden bestimmt eine Lösung :)

Your room is separately accessible, with a great herringbone parquet flooring and faces the quiet, green inner courtyard. The stove is a real highlight but not connected at the moment. Besides your room there is also a spacious kitchen with dining area and a small living room which we will share.

There is a bathroom with shower and a top loader washing machine. The toilet is separate.

The entire apartment is in a quiet courtyard location and is surrounded by the city garden, botanical garden, Arenbergpark and the Belvedere Palace.

Furthermore you are perfectly connected to the public transport:
U3 Rochusgasse: 9 minutes
U4 Stadtgarten: 10 minutes
S-Bahn Rennweg : 2 minutes
Ungargasse / Neulinggasse: 1 minute

By bike you can reach the main university in 10 minutes and the business university in 15 minutes

A Billa is in the same house and a Lidl is available at the S-Bahn station Rennweg.

Why you should move into my shared flat:
First of all, because I'm quite relaxed! :) I'm often out and about in nature or in the city, I like to have friends sitting on our sofa or I'm on a weekend trip in my Bavarian homeland. For me, a respectful contact with each other is quite important, so you don't have to worry that I'll get the idea to start the mixer at three o'clock at night (unless you want a Margherita, too)

As you should be:
I don't care if you study or work, I just don't want a purpose built flat share. Drinking a glass of splash in the evening, cooking together or a house warming party should be as normal for you as a closed room door sometimes is :)
I don't want to do any open lung surgery in my flat but a certain cleanliness should be a matter of course for everyone.

Because of the current situation I would do the meeting virtually but I think we can manage that quite well. If you want to move into the apartment sooner or later, let's just write about it, we will surely find a solution :)
