Hello! I (Pinar, f, 34, set & scenery carpenter) and Günsu (f, 27, historian, master student) are looking for a nice roommate from now on.

I have a very friendly and calm mid-size dog, Lady. She sleeps and mostly remains in my room and she is not allowed to go to your room, unless you invite her :)

Your 8m2 separately accessible room has a window to an inner yard and has no street noise. It is furnished with an Ikea extendable bed with drawers, 2 mattresses, clothes rack, shelves and a desk. The bed is very easy to extend and turns into a queen size bed if you prefer. The room is small and bright, practical and perfectly suitable for students, commuters and for minimalists :)

The building is a typical Viennese “Altbau” and has an elevator leading up to our first floor apartment. It has high ceiling, big windows and wooden parquet floor.

Apartment has a big hallway, a large kitchen with dishwasher, a big vintage bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a separate toilet.

Beautiful gardens of Castle Belvedere, lovely big parks of Schweizergarten and Arsenal are just 2 min away for running, relaxing, sunbathing or having a picnic. It's an oasis in the middle of the city, amazing opportunity for green lovers :)

The apartment is super central and in the 3rd district (Landstraße) in the middle of Vienna right around the corner of Schloss Belvedere and the main train station Hauptbahnhof.

Especially ideal for commuters and frequent travelers because of the very easy access to the:

Hey! Ich (Pinar, 34, f, Bühnentischlerin) suche ab jetzt nach einer/einem netten Mitbewohner/in die/der zu unserer WG gut passen wird :)

Ich habe eine Mischlingshündin (Lady, 8), mittelgroß und sehr freundlich. Sie schläft und wohnt in meinem Zimmer. Sie darf in dein Zimmer nicht rein.

Dein 8m2 getrennt begehbares helles Zimmer hat ein Fenster zu einem ruhigen Innenhof und kriegt keinen Straßenlärm. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein ausziehbares Ikea Bett, 2 Matratzen, Vorhang, Tisch, Regale und Kleiderständer. Das Bett ist sehr leicht auszuziehen und als Doppelbett zu benutzen, wenn es dir lieber ist. Das Zimmer ist klein, praktisch und hell, für Pendler, für Studenten und für Minimalisten gut geeignet :)

Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Liftstock eines klassischen Altbaus mit hohen Decken, Flügelfenstern und Fischgrätenparkett. Es gibt einen großen Flur, eine eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Tageslichtbad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, sowie getrennt begehbarer Toilette.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Wien im 3. Bezirk (Landstraße) direkt ums Eck vom Schloss Belvedere und dem Hauptbahnhof. Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist super mit den Straßenbahnlinien O, 18, 71, D, der U1 Hauptbahnhof, den S-Bahn Stationen Quartier Belvedere und Rennweg und den Bussen 13A und 69A.

Zwei Spätis (Spar Landstraße & Hauptbahnhof-Mo-So 6-23Uhr) sind 10 Minuten mit der Tram & zu Fuß entfernt. Im Schweizer Garten befinden sich zudem noch einige Sportanlagen. Das nächste Fitness Studio (Rennweg) ist ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, in Landstrasse (15 min mit Tram) befindet sich auch ein Fitinn.

Was mich immer freut, gleich vor der Tür liegen die große Parkanlage Schweizergarten und Arsenal, der botanische Garten der Uni Wien und Schloß Belvedere. Alle sind toll zum joggen, picknicken oder einfach nur chillen.

Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 450 Euro mit Strom, Gas, Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 800€. Für die bestandene Ausstattung gibt es eine einmalige 50€ Ablöse.
