Ich wohne in einer schönen 4er WG nahe der Landstraßer Hauptraße. Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig.
Die Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer beträgt 318 €/Monat (inkl. Heizung, Strom, Versicherung und Internet).
Kaution: 916€
Ablöse für die Zimmer Möbel ist 100€ (Schreibtisch, Bett, Kleiderschrank, kleinerer Holztisch, zwei Lampen, kleines Bücher-Wandregal, Sessel).
Auch das Zimmer neben mir wird ab November verfügbar sein, die Größe ist gleich, ebenso die Miete. Also wenn du die WG mit einem Freund teilen willst, wäre das ein perfektes Szenario :)

I am moving out of a nice and spacious flat, with 4 rooms. Flat is in the 3rd district, 10 minutes away from Landstraßer Hauptstraße.
Rent is 318€ a month, with all expenses included (electricity, heating, internet, insurance).
Deposit: 916€
For the furniture I would ask a 100€ (bed, small Ikea wooden table, PC desk, book shelf, wardrobe, two little lamps, armchair).
One of my fellow flatmates will also be leaving his room in November, the room is the same size as mine, so is the rent, so if you have a buddy of your own, that you would want to bring with to this WG, this might be the perfect opportunity :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Bezirk. In der Nähe befindet sich die Strassenbahn 0, 18, 71 aber auch die Verbindung zum Schnellbahn - Station Rennweg ist 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß.
Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe - Billa, Hofer, Penny, Lidl, Dm, Bipa.

Das WG-Leben ist äußerst unkompliziert und eher entspannt ruhig. Jeder hat seine Privatsphäre, wo die Küche unser Treffpunkt ist, für Gespräche, Kochen und Entspannung.
Janka ist 20 alt, kommt aus Ungarn und studiert Kunst und Animation. Ezat ist 21 Jahre alt und besucht eine HTL

Living in this EG is extremely uncomplicated and rather relaxed and calm. Everyone has their own privacy, with the kitchen as our meeting point, for talks, cooking, and relaxing.
Janka is 20 years old, comes from Hungary, and is studying Art and animation. Ezat is 21, and is studying in HTL.
