Bright window with beautiful interior and bamboo bed and nice couch, table and antique cabinet. Very quiet and much light from the sun. Kitchen is quite comfortable as well. The flat is in the third district next du rennweg next to ungargasse and next to rochusgasse U3. You can easily walk to stadtpark and Belvedere palace. There are several supermarkets and the neighbourhood is very kind.
So you can go on public transport by foot or easily with the bike to explore the whole city. In general the room will be free until summer with a small break in April because I get some visitation. Please ask me for further information.
In general im looking for a nice person (or 2, maximum would be 4) to have a great time in Vienna. Please don’t smoke in the apartment!
You’re very fast in the first district of Vienna and it feels like a nice place to be.

Helles Zimmer mit großen Fenstern, Südseite. Großer Innenhof, sehr ruhig draußen. Zimmer ist länglich, wirkt auf den Bildern glaube ich kleiner als es ist. Doppelte Vorhänge bleiben drin. Pflanze bei Interesse auch :-). Fußboden ist gedämpft, von Nachbarn bekommt man nicht viel mit. Das Zimmer hat die größten Fenster in der ganzen Wohnung.

3 Minuten zur Station Rennweg, mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Discounter. 150m zu Billa, 4a Karlsplatz & Straßenbahn O. 8 Minuten zu Fuß zu U3, 10 Minuten zu U4.

Direkt neben der Mdw.

Zu Fuß sehr schnell im 1. Bezirk und im Stadtpark.
In 5 Minuten beim Unteren Belvedere:)
Straßenbahn & Bus kommen alle paar Minuten

Sind insgesamt 2 Zimmer und ein Vorzimmer. Große Küche, Bad mit Solarium. Hauptsächliche pflanzliche Ernährung in der Küche, aber kein Muss.
Ich selbst spiele Gitarre, wenn du auch Musik machst wird es sicher lustig. An sich sind die zwei Zimmer gut voneinander isoliert sodass es wirklich laut sein muss damit man etwas im anderen Zimmer mitbekommt.
