In unserer großen, lebhaften und sehr zentralen WG wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer is voraussichtlich ab Juli verfügbar. Es könnte aber sein, dass ich schon früher ausziehe, wir können es dann gemeinsam besprechen.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und ich würde die Möbel gerne an den nächsten Mitbewohner verkaufen (zu einem sehr günstigen Preis!). Es gibt ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank, einen zusätzlichen Kleiderständer und drei große Regale. Alles, was du nicht haben willst, kannst du problemlos auf Willhaben verkaufen. Wir haben sehr hohe Decken, so dass du ein Hochbett reinstellen kannst, wenn du den verfügbaren Platz optimieren möchtest.

A room is available in our large lively and very very central WG. The room is available from July; however it can happen that I move out already earlier, we can discuss it.
The room is fully furnished and I would like to sell the furniture to the next flatmate (for a very reasonable price!). There is a bed, a wardrobe, an additional clothes rack and three big shelves. You will be able to sell anything that you do not want to have easily on Willhaben.The flat has a very high ceiling so you will be able to get a Hochbett if you'd like to optimize the available space.
Wir sind direkt neben dem Konzerthaus und dem Stadtpark, 2 Minuten von der U4 Stadtpark und zahlreichen Straßenbahn- und Buslinien entfernt.
Das Belvedere, der Donaukanal und der Prater sind ebenfalls zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.
Der zentrale erste Bezirk ist ebenfalls in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar.

We are right next to Konzerthaus and Stadtpark, 2 mins away from U4 Stadtpark and numerous tram and bus lines.
Belvedere, Donaukanal and Prater are also in a walking or cycling distance, easily reachable for hanging out or sports.
The central first district is in 5 mins walking as well.
Wir sind alle ruhige und freundliche Menschen. Einige haben vor kurzem angefangen zu arbeiten und andere sind Studenten. Wir sind ziemlich international und sprechen zu Hause eine Mischung aus Deutsch und Englisch.
Wir unternehmen gerne was gemeinsam, kochen ab und zu ein Abendessen oder trinken einfach ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein nach einem langen Tag. Es gibt viel Gelegenheit, zusammenzusitzen und zu plaudern, aber auch die Ruhe zu genießen, wann immer man will.

We are all calm and friendly people. Some have recently started working and others are students. We are pretty international and speak a mix of German and English at home. We like hanging out together, cooking an occasional dinner or just having a beer or a glass of wine after a long day. There is plenty of opportunity to socialize but also to have your downtime whenever you want.

Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und erwarten, dass wir eine Person finden, die Teil der WG-Gemeinschaft sein und sich zu Hause fühlen möchte.

We would like to find a friendly flatmate, preferrably someone who would stay in the WG long-term.
We are not a Zweck-WG and expect to find a person who wants to be part of the WG community and feel at home.
