Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet und sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit enormen Stauraum.
Bei der Gestaltung des Zimmers sind dir keine Grenzen gesetzt.
Ein Kellerabteil steht als zusätzliche Lagermöglichkeit zur Verfügung darüber hinaus gibt es noch einen Fahrradraum.
Das Zimmer ist bereits teilweise möbliert. Es handelt sich um ein Bett, ein Tisch und zwei kleine Regale.
Die 200 Euro Ablöse sind für den Einbauschrank.
Die 9 Euro sonstige Kosten fürs Internet.
The room is directed to the inner court and very quiet. There is a walk-in wardrobe with enormous amounts of storage space.
A basement compartment is also included. The room is furnished with a bed, a table and two smal shelfs but you can design it at your own taste if you want to.
The replacement for the walk-in wardrobe is 200€, the montly costs for the internet are 9€.
Anbindung an die Öffis ist ausgezeichnet, die U3 Station Schlachthausgasse ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Haltestelle der 18 er Straßenbahn in nur 2 Minuten. Stadtzentrum, Hauptbahnhof, Hauptuni und Praterstern sind von hier aus in weniger als 15 Minuten zu erreichen.
Im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten findest du alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die das Herz begehrt: Penny, Lidl, Hofer, Billa, Apotheke, Libro, Bipa und ein Späti.
Der nahegelegene Prater ist herrlich geeignet, um Spazieren zu gehen, zu Laufen, Fahrrad zu fahren oder sich einfach so im Grünen zu entspannen.
There is an excelent accses tho te public transports, U3 station Schlachthausgasse is less than 5 minutes away, tram stop for the 18. is less than 2 minutes away. The inner city, main railwaistation, Hauptuniversität an Praterstern can be reached in less than 15 minutes.
In a radius of 5 minutes there are several shopping oppurtunities: Penny, Lidl, Hofer, Billa, Pharmacy (covid testing station), Libro and Biba.
The nearby Prater is a wonderfull place for walking, running, biking or just relaxing.

Wir sitzen gerne zusammen in der Küche, trinken wahlweise Tee, Kaffee oder Bier und kochen auch gerne zusammen. Manchmal machen wir auch Filme-Abende oder unternehmen was.
Wir sind nicht an einer Zweck-WG interessiert, sondern suchen jemanden, der sich am WG-Leben beteiligt und für den Rücksichtnahme und Sauberkeit keine Fremdwörter sind.
