In our shared flat with a total space of 130 m2 in the third district, a room will be free starting from 15. Of May. The size of the room is about 9 m2 with 269 Euro rent and 600 Euro deposit.
The 600€ will be deposit (you get it back when you move out). The room can be given as partly furnished or unfurnished. There is a Desk and a Wardrobe in the room, but If you don’t want them, we can remove them.
The rent included also general utility costs and commonly used items like Internet, heating, electricity, water, washing detergent, and basic food like Onions, Oatmeal, and Tea.
We have all basic household appliances like a washing machine, fridge, microwave, mixer, and basic cooking utensils like all sorts of pans and pots.
We also have a very spacious and cozy community kitchen, a very nice shared pantry where we store our food,
a separate bath, and a toilet, so there is enough space for everybody.
ABOUT US:
Max 29 and Lilly 25, he studies Law and she works at UNIDO. He is into Science; environmental and chemical policies & she is into global governance.
Christian, 24 studies master’s in biotechnology and works in the pharmaceutical industry. He is interested in vegan nutrition, health, and languages.
Niklas, 25 studies Art History and teacher training course for German and history. He is interested in East Asian Art and Culture as well as politics and veganism.
Viki, 23 studies Japanology, and Koreanology at the University of Vienna. Therefore, she is interested in East Asian Languages, Culture, and Society. She is generally a very chill person and enjoys a deep conversation about Art, Culture, and playing all types of games with other flatmates.
The Flat is situated very central in Fasangasse right next to the Botanical garden and Belvedere. Rennweg express city train station is very near (provides a good connection to all parts of Vienna City), which makes it possible to reach all universities and FH’s in a few minutes. All discount grocery stores and drugstores like Hofer, Lidl, Billa, Interspar, Bipa, and dm are within a few minute's walking distances. Ideal for students and working people in Vienna.
We are a shared flat consisting of in total six people with you since we all have our own routines and sometimes some of us are away, it will never get crowded. We are all involved in projects that have an impact on society or the environment.
We like to exchange ideas about this and about how to live such a life (nutrition is also something we care about: vegan, vegetarian, organic, etc...)
We would love someone joins our flat that enjoys community living, where we talk about nice stuff, play games, and have dinner from time to time. We would also love it if our new flatmate would like to stay for a minimum of a year.
