Die Wohnung hat 4 Schlafzimmer, voll ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine), Essbereich, großen Vorraum, getrennte WC und rieseges Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Sie befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss, hat einen kleinen Aufzug und man kann auch direkt von der Landstraßer Hauptstraße reinkommen.
Das Zimmer hat einen riesigen Schrank auf Schienen - man nennt ihn Magazin, wo man sehr viel Platz hat (ca. 1/2) und somit keine weitere Garderobe braucht. Ohne den Magazin ist das Zimmer ca. 23 m². Für ein selten benutztes Gäste-Einzelbett (90x200) mit Lattenrost und Matratze wird 50€ Ablöse gewünscht.
2 Fenster sind auf der Sackgasse-Seite mit dem Ausblick von Czapkapark bis zu Prater.
In Preis sind alle Kosten inkludiert.

The apartment has 4 rooms, full equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), dining room, separated WC, big bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine. It is on the 3rd floor and has an elevator.
The room has a huge built-in closet with 1/2 space for you. The rest of the room is about 23 m². There is also a rarely used single bed (90*200) with slatted frame and mattress for 50€.
The room has a beautiful view of a park.
The price is all inclusive.
🚉 2 Minuten zu Rochusgasse U3 und Bushaltestelle 74a, 7 Minuten bis Landstraße Wien-Mitte (U3, U4, S-Bahn), citybike Station vor der Tür.
🌳10-15 Minuten zu Fuß bis Prater, Stadtpark und Arenbergpark (mit Flagtürmen).
🛒 Hofer, Billa, Billa Plus, Bipa, dm und natürlich Rochusmarkt.
🇦🇹 Das Zimmer wird ab Mitte Juli frei und somit werden Salomé, Sohyeun und Rosendo deine MitbewohnerInnen. Am besten wäre sie persönlich kennen zu lernen ☺️
Es ist sicher kein Party WG, sondern eher ruhig und sauber.
