Das Zimmer hat 20m2, befindet sich hofseitig mit Blick auf einen grünen Innenhof mit riesigen Bäumen, absolute Ruhelage. Zugang zum 8m2 Balkon. Zur Verfügung steht ein Bett (140x200), ein Schreibtisch und ein Bücherregal, je nach Bedarf. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer mit Wanne. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler. Internet und TV vorhanden.
Die Lage im 3. Bezirk ist sehr gut. Die U-Bahnstation U3 Kardinal-Nagl-Platz ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Zur Landstraßer Hauptstraße gelangt man zu Fuß in 5 Minuten. Die Autobusse der Linien 74A und 77A sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich der Donaukanal sowie der Prater.
In der Wohnung wohnen mein Sohn Samuel (7) und ich, David (36). Da es sich um einen Zweitwohnsitz handelt, verbringen wir derzeit nur sehr wenig Zeit in der Wohnung. Das WG-Zimmer ist separat begehbar, ebenso Bad, WC und Küche. Auch das Wohnzimmer kann mitbenutzt werden.
