Du wirst in die kultigste Zweier-WG im Herzen Wiens einziehen. Ich habe ein wunderschönes, lichtdurchflutetes Bad mit gläserner Dusche, echtem Fliesenboden und mit meiner besten Freundin, dem großen Spiegel! Die Küche hat genau die perfekte Größe für zwei Personen - Backrohr, Induktionsherd - deinem kulinarischem Hochleben steht nichts mehr im Weg! Und zu einer separaten Toilette kann eh keiner nein sagen ... Größter Flex

Dein Zimmer ist um die 19 Quadratmeter groß, du schaust, wie du auf einem der Bilder siehst, direkt auf den Donaukanal - circa dorthin, wo die Strandbar Herrmann ist - nur genau so weit weg, dass du auch deine Ruhe hast, wenn du sie haben willst. Die Möbel will meine Mitbewohnerin größtenteils mitnehmen, Kasten, Tisch und Schrank und Bücherpanele in bestem Zustand bleiben voraussichtlich gegen eine kleine Ablöse (200€) drinnen.

Ich bin gerade dabei, die Wohnung zu renovieren: Die Türen sind schon gestrichen, die Wände auch, die blauen Teppiche im Bad werden modern, am Gang kommt ein kleiner Klapptisch fürs Geselligsein zum Einsatz. Wir richten uns das so, wie uns das passt! Ich hab an orange und braun gedacht … Was denkst du? Also ich hab eh schon was bestellt, aber ...

Wer bin ich überhaupt? Eine feurige, humorvolle Spanierin, die tagsüber Getränke in den Orient verkauft und nachts Body-Positivity Parties feiert! Ich bin also außerhalb des gelegentlichen Home-Offices nicht viel in der Wohnung. Wenn ich aber da bin, wird dir bestimmt nie langweilig! ;)
Ich suche wen mit ein bisserl Schmäh, der gern auf ein paar Glaserl oder ein paar Blödheiten mit mir mit dem Südtiroler Cityroller in den Sonnenuntergang am Ende des Regenbogens fährt, nur um ein Foto zu machen und damit vor seinen Freunden anzugeben. Und der putzen kann. Geschlecht egal. Leiwand halt.

Wichtig zu wissen: Du wirst die Hauptmiete übernehmen. :) Dazu ist entweder ein Einkommensnachweis mit 3 Bruttomonatsmieten oder eine Bürgschaft nötig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!

Einzug ist voraussichtlich zwischen Ende April und Anfang Mai möglich möglich.

You are gonna move into the most iconic living community - right into the heart of Vienna! I offer you to shower in a cabin of glass while you can enjoy a view all over the city, and a kitchen with an oven and an induction stove that will satisfy all your culinary needs! And you can’t say no to a toilet that is separated from the bathroom, can you?

Your room is about 19 square meters big, and whenever you look out the window, you will see the beautiful and sunny Danube Canal with everything it has to offer … bars, people, perfect place to run, birds, everything really. My flatmate is going to take some of the furniture with her, and some of it she will leave here, like the armoir, the book panels, table, and shelf for a small compensation (200€).

I am currently renovating the apartment a bit: I’ve already painted the doors and walls, put a little table in the hallway, I’m gonna buy a new carpet for the bathroom … I was thinking of orange and earthy tones … what do you think? I mean, I’ve bought some stuff already, but… :)

Who am I even? I’m a very passionate and fun-loving Spanish lady who trades drinks with the Orient by day and who sings and dances at body positivity parties at night. So, you see, I’m not in the apartment all that much – except for the occasional home office treats that I get from work – but when I’m here, you wont be bored! ;)
I’m looking for someone who is funny and open and clean and whatnot, who doesn’t shy away from going out with me occasionally in search of the rainbow at the end of the horizon while having a good laugh. Come as you are. But be cool.

Important to know: You are going to be the main tenant. Which means you either have to earn three gross months rents or your parents bail for you (they take the main tenancy for you). The landlord is a great guy and easy to talk with!
