Kleines, süßes Zimmer in 3er-WG

We are searching for a new flat mate to take over a bedroom in a very nice WG. The apartment is situated in the third (not far from Belvedere) and has great access to transport, city centre etc. we are ideally looking for someone who maybe wants to live part time in Vienna as there are some aspect of the room that previous tenants have found a bit difficult. It is a completely private room, however one of the walls is a double door which leads to another bedroom. It is not an entry way (you would have your own door) but does not have the same soundproofing as a normal wall. Secondly, you’d be living with a violinist whose room is separated by a normal wall, but you would definitely hear practicing during the day. The rent is €290 a month. We realise that this room is not ideal for everyone but if you are looking for cheap rent in a very central WG with two nice girls, :) then we recommend you contact us. The room is available from the beginning of July and unfurnished.

A bit about us: We are Iona and Orla. We are both in our early twenties. I (Iona) am studying literature and Orla is studying violin. We are pretty laid back, defo up for flat movie night, drinks etc and the vibe in the apartment is pretty chill. We both have pretty busy schedules so definitely see the flat as a place to unwind/ relax and are searching for someone who feels the same, (we won’t be hosting any raves). We both have international backgrounds. I am from London and Orla has grown up in Vienna but is half Irish half American. We speak mostly English but ofc German is fine too (I am slowly learning, 😅 Orla is fluent). We would love to hear from you if this sounds like a good fit!


Wir suchen einen neue Mitbewohnerin für ein Zimmer in einer sehr schönen WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten (nicht weit vom Belvedere) und ist super an Verkehrsmittel, Stadtzentrum usw. angebunden. Wir suchen idealerweise jemanden, der vielleicht Teilzeit in Wien leben möchte, da es einige Aspekte des Zimmers gibt, die Vormieter etwas schwierig gefunden haben. Es ist ein separat begehbares Zimmer, aber eine der Wände hat eine Doppeltür, die zu einem der anderen Zimmer führt. Es ist kein Eingang (du hättest deine eigene Tür), hat aber nicht die gleiche Schallisolierung wie eine normale Wand. Zweitens würdest du mit einer Geigerin zusammenleben, dessen Zimmer durch eine normale Wand getrennt ist, aber du würdest definitiv tagsüber sie beim Üben hören. Die Miete beträgt 290 Euro im Monat. Wir wissen, dass dieses Zimmer nicht für jeden ideal ist, aber wenn du eine günstige Miete in einer sehr zentralen WG mit zwei netten Mädchen suchst, dann schreib uns doch mal! Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang Juli verfügbar und wird unmöbliert übergeben.

Ein bisschen was über uns: Wir sind Iona und Orla. Wir sind beide Anfang zwanzig. Ich (Iona) studiere Literatur und Orla studiert Violine. Wir sind ziemlich entspannt, auf jeden Fall bereit für einen netten Filmeabend, Getränke usw. und die Stimmung in der Wohnung ist sehr angenehm und freundlich. Wir haben beide einen ziemlich vollen Terminkalender, also sehen wir die Wohnung als einen Ort zum Entspannen/Entspannen und suchen jemanden, dem es auch so geht (wir werden eher keine Raves veranstalten). Wir haben beide internationale Hintergründe. Ich komme aus London und Orla ist in Wien aufgewachsen, aber halb Irin, halb Amerikanerin. Wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch, aber Deutsch ist auch in Ordnung (ich lerne langsam, 😅 Orla spricht fließend). Wir würden uns freuen, von dir hören und dich kennenzulernen!
