Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Obergeschoss und hat alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Wien so braucht. Moderne Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, WC und Abstellkammer.
Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster wodurch es zu jeder Tageszeit wunderschön hell und gut durchlüftbar ist (wichtig im Sommer). Es hat einen großen Schreibtisch mit 27Zoll Monitor + Tastatur die man auch gerne verwenden kann, ein gefülltes Bücherregal für interessierte Leser, ein angenehmes Doppelbett und eine Couch.

The flat is located on the 5th floor and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Vienna. Modern kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, toilet and storage room.
The room has 2 large windows, which makes it wonderfully bright and well ventilated at all times of the day (important in summer). It has a large desk with a 27 inch monitor + keyboard that you can also use, a full bookshelf for interested readers, a comfortable double bed and a couch.
Verschiedene Supermärkte sind nur 2min zu Fuß entfernt. Super Anbindungen da genau zwischen Rennweg und Landstraße, Straßenbahnlinie 71 2min entfernt, U3 ca. 9min. (fahren beide direkt ins Zentrum).

In der WG leben zwei Jungs 25&27 Jahre jung, einer Student der andere arbeitet. Man hat also eigentlich den ganzen Tag seine Ruhe wenn man so will.
There are two young guys living in the flat-share, 25 and 27 years old, one is a student and the other works. So you actually have peace and quiet all day, if you like.
