Hallo Zusammen,
Das Zimmer ist klein und gemütlich. Die Einrichtung ist den Umständen entsprechend platzsparend und offen gestaltet. Viele Regale bieten Platz, ohne das Zimmer zuzustellen. Für den Fall der Fälle gibts aber auch noch einen Schrank im Flur, der mitbenutzt werden kann. Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof liegt, ists für die Lage super ruhig und angenehm.

The room is small and cozy. The furniture is designed according to the circumstances space-saving and open. Many shelves offer space without cluttering the room. Just in case, there is also a closet in the hallway, which can be used. Since the room faces the courtyard, it is super quiet and pleasant for the location.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist premium, in 1 Minute ist man an der Haltestelle Rennweg und zu Fuß in 15 Minuten am HBf Wien. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man außerdem einen Park, den Botanischen Garten, Hofer, Lidl, dm, Friseur und alles was man sonst so braucht. Es gibt auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Türe.
The location of the apartment is premium, in 2 minutes you can get to the Rennweg stop and in 15 minutes on foot to Vienna main station. In a few minutes walk you can also reach a park, the Botanical Garden, Hofer, Lidl, dm, hairdresser and everything else you need. There is also a Straßenbahn stop virtually outside the door.
Ich (Sebastian) ziehe aus, da ich meine Ausbildung in Wien im Januar abschließen werde und bereits einen Job in München gefunden habe. In der Wg wohnen werden dann:
Michi (26) studiert Pharmazie und arbeitet nebenbei beim "Impfbus", mag Fußball, BMX und Partys.
Kavya (27) hat Biotechnologie studiert und promoviert gerade im Bereich Naturwissenschaften am Vienna Biocenter. Sie kocht gerne, braut Chai, rudert, schaut Anime und malt gerne.
Katharina (24) studiert Politikwissenschaften, arbeitet 12h/Woche von zu Hause aus und partizipiert in Online-Debatten mit ihren Freunden aus den USA. Sie ist Back-tüftlerin und teilt gerne;)
Cristina (28) kommt aus Spanien und arbeitet als Lehrerin in mehreren Sprachen, darunter Spanisch, Deutsch, Englisch und sie lernt noch Ungarisch! Sie hat eine Leidenschaft für Harry Potter und ist ebenso eine fabelhafte Bäckerin.
I (Sebastian) am moving out, because I will finish my education in Vienna in February and have already found a job in Munich. In the Wg will live then:
Michi (26) studies Pharmacy and works part time at the "vaccination bus", likes soccer, bmx and Partys.
Kavya (27) studied biotechnology and is doing a PhD in the field of natural science right now at Vienna Biocenter. She likes cooking, brewing chai, rowing, watching anime and painting.
Katharina (24) studies political sciences, works 12h/week from home and enjoys online-debates with her friends from the US. She is a baking mastermind and likes to share;)
Cristina (28) is from Spain and works as a teacher in quite a few languages including Spanish, German, English and she studies Hungarian! She is passionate about Harry Potter and also a fabulous baker.
In der Wg wird alles was an Haushaltseinkäufen anfällt selbst dokumentiert und zum Ende des Monats/ Quartals zurückerstattet, was sehr angenehm ist, da so nerfige WG-App-battles wegfallen und jeder zum Einkaufen motiviert ist:) Wir teilen uns die Aufgaben wie Müll wegbringen, Putzen, usw. untereinander je nach Anfallen auf, ohne auf einen Putzplan zurückzugreifen. In der Miete ist alles enthalten. Die Kaution beläuft sich auf 600€ und da ich in die Einrichtung (Vorhänge und Reagle) gut investiert habe, kommen 120€ als Ablöse dazu.
In the Wg, all household purchases are documented and reimbursed at the end of the month / quarter, which is very pleasant, because this way WG app battles are eliminated and everyone is motivated to shop:) We share the tasks such as taking out the garbage, cleaning, etc. among ourselves depending on what arises, without referring to a cleaning schedule.
