Die Wohnung liegt im 5. Stock einer Altbaus mit sehr guter Lage. Es ist zwar nicht sehr groß aber ich hatte immer genug Platz. Es hat sogar einen sehr großen Fernseher welcher gegen eine Ablöse auch montiert bleiben kann. Es gibt auch einen Aufzug, also man muss nicht in den 5. Stock klettern. Die Wohnung hat gennerell viel Licht durch Ihre großzügigen Dachfenster. Die Küche ist sehr modern und hat alles was man braucht. Und eine coole Aussicht auf moderne Hochäuser gibts auch.

The apartment is on the 5th floor of an old building in a very good location. It's not very big, but I always had enough space. It even has a very large TV, which can be left installed for a fee. There is also an elevator so no need to climb to the 5th floor. The apartment generally has a lot of light through its large skylight. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you need. And there is also a cool view of modern skyscrapers.
Man hat wirklich alles vor der Haustür. Sowohl einen Billa, einen Ausiamarkt, einen Bipa einen Spar und auch einiges zum Essen. Wenns einen aber doch woanders hinzieht ist man schnell mit der U3 der 18er Tram oder 2 Buslinien vor der Haustür gut abgedeckt. Auch wenn man mal ein wenig Natur braucht kann man direkt innerhalb von Gehminuten an den Donaukanal auf die Praterwiese oder in einen der Parks in der Nähe.

You really have everything on your doorstep. Both a Billa, an Ausiamarkt, a Bipa, a Spar and some food. But if you move somewhere else, you are quickly well covered with the U3, the 18 tram or 2 bus lines in front of the front door. Even if you need a bit of nature, you can walk to the Danube Canal on the Praterwiese or to one of the nearby parks within walking distance.

Tilman und ich leben sehr gut miteinander zusammen. Ich werde im Februar wieder nach München ziehen. Daher suchen wir einen Nachfolger der gut in die WG passt. Wir kochen auch mal gerne zusammen oder unternehmen etwas.
Tilman studiert derzeit Bildhauerei.

Tilman and I get along very well together. I will be moving back to Munich in February. Therefore we are looking for a successor who fits well into the flat share. We also like to cook together or do something together.
Tilman is currently studying sculpture art.
