im dritten Bezirk in der Strohgasse wird ab 1.3.2023 ein schönes Zimmer 15 m2 in einer 97 m2 Wohnung frei. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nahe dem 1. Bezirk mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und Billa im Haus. Der Preis für das Zimmer ist 550,-- im Monat. Es ist eine 3er WG, die von zwei ganz lieben Mitbewohnerinnen bewohnt wird. Ines ist aus Frankreich, spricht Englisch und ihr Deutsch wird auch immer besser. Sie arbeitet bei einem französischen Unternehmen in Wien. Und Edona kommt am 1.2.2023, ist aus Deutschland und studiert Gesundheitswissenschaften. Wir suchen eine verlässliche, ordnungsliebende und liebe Mitbewohnerin.
Falls das Zimmer möbliert sein soll, ist das kein Problem.
