Since I'm doing my mandatory internship abroad from April on, I'm looking for an interim tenant until end of September for my very beloved courtyard side room in a 3-person shared apartment. The room is rented furnished and is equipped with a nice walk-in closet :)
Da ich mein Pflichtpraktikum ab April im Ausland mache, suche ich eine Zwischenmieterin bis Ende September für meinen sehr geliebten Hofseitigen Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet und ist mit einem schönen walk-in Closet ausgestattet :)
You will stay in a very nice area right next to the Belvedere Palace and the Schweizer Garten. Directly in front of the door is the Tramline O and from the room you can hear no noise because it does not face the street. Also in a 5 minutes walk you can reach the Rennweg, where there is not only the S-Bahn but also the Tram line 71 and and bus line 77A. Additionally, the Vienna Main Train Station is located within a 15 minute walk from the apartment.
Du wirst in einer sehr schönen Gegend direkt neben das Schloss Belvedere und der Schweizer Garten wohnen. Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Bim Linie O und vom Zimmer hört man aber keine Geräusche da es nicht zur Strasse zeigt. Auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man der Rennweg, wo es nicht nur die S-Bahn gibt sondern auch die Bim Linie 71 und und Buslinie 77A. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Here you will live with my good friends Lea (20) and Georgia (22). Lea is currently doing her apprenticeship in the hotel and catering industry and Georgia is studying law at the Vienna University. They are both very open-minded and it is very easy to communicate and get along with them. We really enjoy doing things together, but of course respect each other's privacy.
Hier wirst du mit meine guten Freundinnen Lea (20) und Georgia (22) leben. Die Lea macht momentan ihre Lehre in der Hotellerie und Gastgewerbe und die Georgia studiert Jus an der Hauptuni. Sie sind beide sehr weltoffen und es ist sehr einfach mit denen zu kommunizieren und auszukommen. Wir unternehmen ganz gerne was zusammen, aber respektieren natürlich auch die Privatsphäre voneinander.
We are a very international WG, Lea is originally from Germany and is additionally very interested in South American culture and Georgia is from Romania. I am originally from Brazil and have been living in Austria for 5 years now. Our different backgrounds have never created problems between us, on the contrary, it just always made life in this WG more interesting since we are all very open to hearing each others opinions and comments on a variety of matters!
Wir sind eine sehr internationale WG, Lea kommt ursprünglich aus Deutschland und ist zusätzlich sehr an der südamerikanischen Kultur interessiert und Georgia kommt aus Rumänien. Ich komme ursprünglich aus Brasilien und lebe jetzt seit 5 Jahren in Österreich. Unsere unterschiedlichen Hintergründe haben nie zu Problemen zwischen uns geführt, im Gegenteil, es hat das Leben in dieser WG immer interessanter gemacht, da wir alle sehr offen sind, die Meinungen und Kommentare der anderen zu einer Vielzahl von Themen zu hören!
