Sehr zentral im 4. Bezirk. Karlsplatz, TU Wien und Naschmarkt sind weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Viele Shops sind in nur 2-5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar: Billa, Hofer, BIPA, Spar, DM.
Eine bessere Lage für die Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel könnte es kaum geben: Karlsplatz (U1, U2Z, U4, 4A) ist etwas 6-7 Min entfernt. Auch schnell erreichbar sind Taubstummengasse (U1) und Kettenbrückengasse (U4). Noch näher (ca 2 Min) liegt die Station Paulanergasse (1, 62, WLB) und Preßgasse (59A).

We are looking for a mature tenant with a good understanding of the workings of sharing a flat and a healthy dose of common sense. We are and wish you to be social and outgoing but also respectful of the need for privacy and alone/quiet/reflection times of one's own.
Die Wohnung hat seit vielen "Generationen" als WG funktioniert und ist somit entsprechend ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht, von Kochutensilien bis hin zu den üblichen Haushaltsgeräten.
The flat has functioned as flat share for many "generations" and is therefore adequately equipped with all necessary tools from guest towels over cooking utensils to all the usual household appliances.
