Das Zimmer ist ca. 25m². Die Fenster zeigen nach Osten auf die Lambrechtgasse, das Zimmer ist in klassischem Altbaustil gehalten, mit hohen Decken, Parkett etc. Evtl. besteht die Möglichkeit, einige Möbel zu übernehmen.
In der Wohnung befinden sich noch zwei weitere Zimmer in ähnlicher Größe sowie Badezimmer, separates WC, eine Küche mit kleinem Esszimmer und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen & klassischen Altbaucharme mit 4 Meter hohen Decken, gleichzeitig sind aber hier und da einige Dinge etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The room is about 25m². It looks east towards Lambrechtgasse and has the classical old building style with high ceilings & Parkett. There might also be the possibility to take over some of the furniture.
In the apartment there are two more rooms of similar size as well as a bathroom, separate toilet, a kitchen with a small dining room and a small balcony. The apartment has a very nice old building charm with 4 meter high ceilings. At the same time, however, here and there some things are a bit outdated.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Im Umkreis von 5 Gehminuten gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt. So ziemlich alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (in rauen Mengen) und mit der Margaratenstraße ums Eck auch sehr coole und nette Restaurants, Bars, Kinos usw. Auch gibt's ein paar schöne kleinere Parks in der Nähe.
Öffentlich sind wir wirklich sehr gut angebunden: Straßenbahnen und Busse (1, 62, Badner Bahn, 13A) in direkter Reichweite, U1 Taubstummengasse ist in 7, U4 Kettenbrückengasse in 10 und der Hauptbahnhof in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Zudem ist die TU und der wunderschöne Karlsplatz in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is very central and yet quietly located. Within a 5-minute walk there is everything your heart desires. Pretty much all the necessary shopping and with the Margaratenstraße around the corner also very cool and nice restaurants, bars, cinemas, etc. There are also a few nice smaller parks nearby.
We are also very well connected to public transportation: Trams and buses (1, 62, Badner Bahn, 13A) in direct reach, U1 Taubstummengasse is in 7, U4 Kettenbrückengasse in 10 and the main station in 15 minutes walk.
In addition, the TU and the beautiful Karlsplatz is within 10 minutes walking distance.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner werden Lars (30) und Michel (29) sein. Lars hat Politikwissenschaften studiert, ist selbstständig im IT Vertrieb und daher naturgemäß an Business & Start-Up Themen interessiert. In seiner Freizeit macht er Calisthenics, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu und ist auf Kulturveranstaltungen unterwegs.
Michel arbeitet in einer Marketingagentur und hat ursprünglich Philosophie studiert. Ansonsten produziert er Musik mit Ableton Live und interessiert sich für Spiritualität und Meditation.
Wir haben einen ziemlich guten Vibe, verstehen uns gut und reden gerne über alles mögliche in der Küche und im Esszimmer. Grundsätzlich haben wir aber die wilde Studienzeit schon hinter uns. Daher suchen wir eher jemanden, der berufstätig / Doktorand / engagierter Masterstudent o.ä. ist.
Was die Sauberkeit angeht, legen wir auf jeden Fall auf eine Grundsauberkeit inkl. Putzplan wert, sind aber auch nicht zu pedantisch.

We have a pretty good vibe, get along well and like to talk about anything in the kitchen and dining room. Basically, though, we have the wild study days behind us already. Therefore, we are looking more for someone who is working / graduate student / dedicated master's student or similar.
As far as cleanliness is concerned, we definitely value a basic cleanliness incl. cleaning schedule, but are also not too pedantic.
