Das Zimmer ist perfekt ausgestattet (ausdehnbares Bett, Schreibstisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale, Garderobe, Bürostuhl, Spiegel). Es ist nach Osten ausgerichtet, also mit Morgensonne, und am Nachmittag dadurch nicht heiß.
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, getrenntes Bad und WC, eine Garderobe im Eingangsbereich, einen langen Flur, eine Abstellkammer an dessen Ende und eine gemütliche Küche. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, Aufzug ist nicht nötig, aber falls doch, ist einer vorhanden. Eine Waschküche befindet sich im Keller.
The room is perfectly equipped (expandable bed, desk, closet, shelves, office chair, mirror). It faces east, so you see the sun in the mornings, and thereby it doesn't get hot in the afternoon.
The apartment has 4 rooms, separate bathroom and toilet, a wardrobe in the entrance hall, a long hallway, a storage room at its end and a cozy kitchen. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, elevator is not necessary, but if it is, there is one. A laundry room with washer and dryer is located in the basement.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Bezirk (Wieden). Es ist sehr ruhig und perfekt angebunden: vor der Haustür fährt der 13A Richtung Alser Straße, 45 Gehsekunden entfernt ist die Haltestelle in die Fahrtrichtung Hauptbahnhof. 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist die U1-Station Hauptbahnhof, 2 Gehminuten entfernt die Bim (1, 61, Badner Bahn) auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße. Es gibt Radabstellmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus.
1 Gehminute entfernt ist ein Billa, und dahinter angrenzend ein beschaulicher Park (Alois-Drasche-Park). 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist die Favoritenstraße mit einem weiteren Billa, einem Spar und einem Hofer. Der Radatz (Bäcker und Metzger) befindet sich 2 Gehminuten entfernt auf der Wiedner Hauptstraße.
The apartment is located in the 4th district (Wieden). It is very quiet and perfectly connected: in front of the haus is the 13A in the direction of "Alser Straße", 45 seconds away is the stop in the direction of "Hauptbahnhof". 5 minutes away by walking is the U1 station "Hauptbahnhof", 2 minutes away is the Bim (1, 61, Badner Bahn) on Wiedner Hauptstraße. There are bicycle parking facilities in front of the house.
1 minute walk away is a Billa, and behind it adjacent to a tranquil park (Alois Drasche Park). 5 minutes away by walking is the Favoritenstraße with another Billa, a Spar and a Hofer. The Radatz (baker and butcher) is a 2-minute walk away on Wiedner Hauptstraße.

- Manuel, 29, aus Oberösterreich, hat Wirtschaft studiert und arbeitet an der WU Academy
- Sahra, 28, aus Wien, hat Genetik am IMBA studiert und macht jetzt den PhD in Herzforschung im AKH
- Daniela, 29, aus Italien, arbeitet nun in Wien bei Spusu in der Marketing Abteilung und kümmert sich auch um Grafik und Illustrationen
Wir sind eine sehr harmonische und gemütliche WG (keine Party-WG). Wir kochen oft zusammen oder essen gemeinsam, plaudern gerne in der Küche und machen hin und wieder was zusammen, z.B. Sport, Events, Essen gehen...

- Manuel, 29, from Upper Austria, studied economics and works at the WU Academy.
- Sahra, 28, from Vienna, studied genetics at IMBA and is now doing a PhD in cardiac research at the AKH
- Daniela, 29, from Italy, now works in Vienna at Spusu in the marketing department and also takes care of graphics and illustrations
We are a very harmonious and cozy WG (not a party-WG). We often cook together or eat together, like to chat in the kitchen and do things together from time to time, e.g. sports, events, going out for dinner....
