Ich vermiete ab sofort mein wunderschönes Familien-Home-Office Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat 40 m2, ist in den Innenhof gelegen und sehr ruhig. Es hat eine Queensize Doppelbett, eine Sitzecke im Erker und einen abgetrennten Kinder/Home Office Bereich mit Hochbett. Die Regale und Kästen werden natürlich alle frei geräumt. Das ganze Zimmer fühlt sich an wie eine kleine Wohnung innerhalb einer riesigen.
Es ist theoretisch auch für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie geeignet. Tiere sind grundsätzlich erlaubt.
Die Allgemeinräume sind auch sehr fein eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat 190 m2, Das Vorzimmer ist riesig und ist mit einem sehr großen Esstisch ausgestattet, der auch zum Arbeiten, Spielen, oder Ähnlichem verwendet werden kann. Zudem haben wir 2 Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und in einem super Zustand.

I am now renting out my beautiful family - home office room. The room has 40 m2, is located in the inner courtyard and is very quiet. It has a queen-size double bed, a seating area in the bay window and a separate children's/home office area with a loft bed. Of course, the shelves and boxes are all cleared away. The whole room feels like a little flat within a huge flat.
Its suitable for a little family or couple and animals are generally allowed.
The common rooms are also very finely furnished. The apartment has 190 m2, the anteroom is huge and is equipped with a very large dining table, which can and should also be used for working, playing, or similar. We also have 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The apartment is newly renovated and in great condition.
Traumhafte Lage mitten im Freihausviertel. Wir sind im Haus vom Schikaneder-Kino, hofseitig und ruhig gelegen. Alles was notwendig und schön ist, haben wir ums Eck (z.B. Supermärkte, Kino, Geschäfte, Ärzte, Bars etc.).
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal. Sowohl die U-Bahn Linien U1 und U4 am Karlsplatz sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der berühmte Naschmarkt liegt sogar noch näher.

Fantastic location right in the Freihausviertel. We're in the Schikaneder-cinema building, courtyard-side and peaceful. Everything you need and love is just around the corner (e.g., supermarkets, cinema, shops, doctors,bars etc.). The transportation connections are ideal. Both the U-Bahn lines U1 and U4 at Karlsplatz are a 5-minute walk away, and the famous Naschmarkt is even closer.
Fix in der Wohnung leben Tilman & Stefan.
Zu uns;
Tilman ist 32, er ist als Kameramann und Cutter tätig und recht viel im Homeoffice. Er liebt Musik, hat hundert Klaviere und einen ziemlichen Humor.
Stefan ist auch 32, er ist ebenfalls in der Filmbranche tätig, er hat einen Hund, Marcy, der jede zweite Woche bei uns ist. Auch er ist leidenschaftlicher Musiker.
Beide hängen sehr gerne gemeinsam rum, kochen gemeinsam, spielen Brettspiele oder machen Musik zusammen. Natürlich haben sie auch mal ihre Abende, wo sie sich in Ruhe ein bisschen zurückziehen.
Ansonsten ist unser WG-Leben sehr vertraut, direkte und ehrliche Kommunikation ist uns ein Anliegen. Wir rauchen alle hin und wieder in unseren Zimmern, in den Allgemeinräumen aber nicht. Es wird aktuell außerdem noch eine weitere Person für unser viertes Zimmer gesucht.

A little about us:
Tilman is 32, working as a cameraman and editor, and spends quite a bit of time in the home office. He's passionate about music, owns a hundred pianos, and has quite a sense of humor.
Stefan, also 32, is also in the film industry. He has a dog, Marcy, who stays with us every other week. Like Tilman, he's a dedicated musician.
Both of them like to hang out, cook together, play board games and make music together. Of course, some evenings everybody just wants to be for themselves.
Otherwise, our flat life is very familiar to us. Direct and honest communication is important to us. We occasionally smoke in our rooms, but not in the common areas. Right now we are also looking for a fourth person for the smallest room.
Es wäre schön, wenn du ein fixes und regelmäßiges Einkommen hast. Das Zimmer ist frei, du könntest also ab sofort einziehen.
Außerdem ist es uns wichtig darauf hinzuweisen, dass wir LGBTQ-freundlich, feministisch und anti-rassistisch leben.
