A wonderful furnished room will become available for the month of July in our 4-person shared apartment (dates are flexible and price somewhat negotiable). It's very quiet and you can sleep with an open window in summer. I will take out my personal belongings (decoration, books, clothes, etc) so that you have enough space for yourself.
The apartment has a total of 140m2 and has a huge living room and a spacious entrance hall. We like watching movies on our projector together or use the living room as a shared home office space sometimes. The kitchen is the central point of gathering in our home, whether for coffee in the morning or cooking together in the evening (+Siebträger coffee machine!). There is also a beautiful green backyard if you ever want to get some fresh air or have a summer dinner outside.
Für den Monat Juli wird in unserer 4er WG ein schönes WG- Zimmer frei, die genauen Daten sind flexibel, und der Preis ließe sich etwas verhandeln. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof ist es sehr ruhig und du kannst im Sommer auch mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Ich werde meine eigenen Habseligkeiten (Kleidung, Deko, etc) natürlich rausnehmen, damit du genug Platz für dich hast.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 140m2 und hat ein riesiges Wohnzimmer und ein geräumiges Vorzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer schauen wir gerne Filme über unseren Beamer oder arbeiten manchmal zusammen im Home-Office. Die Küche ist der zentrale Punkt des Zusammenkommens bei uns, ob zum morgendlichen Kaffee oder einer Kochsession am Abend. Außerdem gibt es einen wunderbaren grünen Hinterhof, an dem frische Lift schnappen und ein sommerliches Abendessen veranstalten kann.
The apartment is centrally located in the 4th district near Naschmarkt and between Wiedner Hauptstraße and Margaretenstraße (U4 Kettenbrückengasse or U1 Taubstummengasse).
The neighborhood is very quiet, but you really have everything you could want within walking distance. Opposite the apartment is a nice beer garden that offers itself for spending warm summer evenings.
Die Wohnung ist zentral im 4. Bezirk Nähe dem Naschmarkt und zwischen Wiedner Hauptstraße und Margaretenstraße gelegen (U4 Kettenbrückengasse oder U1 Taubstummengasse).
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, man hat aber wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann, in Laufweite und ist super angebunden. Gegenüber der Wohnung liegt ein netter Biergarten, in dem man laue Sommerabende verbringen kann.
You would live together with Anton (25), Sam (26) and Elo (27).
Sam is from England, but has already spent a few years in Vienna and works in an NGO. In his free time he likes to go bouldering, learns python and has half a cupboard full of spaghetti with pesto.
Elo is from Germany, has been living in Vienna for 3 years, likes to travel around and semi-ambitiously tries to learn new languages (plus point if you speak French or Portuguese!).
Anton is also German and is currently doing his Masters in Business. He's always down for chatting in the kitchen (and has generously gifted an incredible coffee machine here, too).
We not only live together, but are close friends, so we would love to have another lovely person in our bunch. We like to have friends over, cook together or go out and dance.
We are all uncomplicated and laugh a lot in the WG, an appreciative and relaxed interaction amongst each other is very important to us.

In der Wohnung leben Anton (25), Sam (26) und Elo (27).
Sam kommt aus England, hat aber schon einige Jahre in Wien auf dem Kasten und arbeitet in einer NGO. In seiner Freizeit geht er gern bouldern, lernt Python und hat einen halben Schrank voller Spaghetti mit Pesto.
Elo kommt auch aus Deutschland, lebt seit 3 Jahren in Wien, reist gern herum und lernt semi-ambitioniert Fremdsprachen (Pluspunkt wenn du Französisch oder Portugiesisch sprichst!).
Anton kommt ebenfalls aus Deutschland und macht derzeit einen Master in BWL an der Hauptuni. Er ist immer für tolle Gespräche zu haben und macht dir sicherlich einen Kaffee mit seiner mitgebrachten Siebträgermaschine!
Wir wohnen nicht nur zusammen, sondern sind eng befreundet und würden uns daher über einen weiteren lieben Menschen in unserem Bunde freuen. Wir haben gerne Freunde bei uns, kochen was zusammen oder gehen mal zusammen tanzen.
Wir sind alle unkompliziert und lachen viel in der WG, ein wertschätzender und lockerer Umgang miteinander ist uns sehr wichtig.
