27m2, hochparterre mit hellen fenstern in einen großen superruhigen garten der nicht genutzt wird. mit strom und internet usw. ca. 460€. das zimmer ist möbliert, falls du deine eigenen sachen mitbringen möchtest, sag uns früh genug bescheid, dann schaffen wir die möbel für dich raus.
wohnung:
155m2 mit großer (wohn-)küche, 2 bäder und kleiner abstellkammer, in allen zimmer darf geraucht werden.
öffis in 5 min gehweite:
u1, u2 und u4 karlsplatz und u1 taubstummengasse, 1er,71er, badner bahn. 59a bis meidling hbh.
teresa zieht aus, armin, daniel und michael bleiben da, annika zieht zu nem späteren zeitpunkt ein und in der zwischenzeit suchen wir ein mitbewohni.
erwartungen an dich:
- du rauchst oder kommst mit rauch klar
- du bist über 20
- kein reaktionäre scheiße, keine homofeindlichkeit
- bock auf wg leben
- keine orgeln, klarinetten, trompeten oder saxophone (außer wenn außerordentliche skills)

27m2, raised ground floor with bright windows in front of a big superquiet garden which is not used. With electricity and internet it‘s about 460€. The room is furnitured, if you don't want it to be, tell us in advance and we get rid of it.
Flat:
155m2 with a big (living room- ) kitchen, 2 bathrooms and small boxroom, you can smoke everywhere.
Public transport in 5min walking: u1, u2 and u4 karlsplatz und u1 taubstummengasse, 1, 71, badner bahn. 59a
Teresa is moving out, armin, daniel and michael stay here, annika is moving in later on and in between we are looking for a flatmate.
