Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines alten Botschaftsgebäudes. The Deckenhöhe in dem Altbau ist fast 4 Meter, die Wohnung ist jedoch vor ungefähr 18 Monaten vollständig renoviert und modernisiert worden. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, 3 separate Badezimmer (2x Dusche, 1x Badewanne) und zusätzlich zwei wieder separate Toiletten.
Dein Zimmer wäre etwa 15qm groß, grenzt an die Wohnküche und befindet sich wie fast alle Zimmer auf der Seite zur Straße. Das Zimmer ist trotz der eher kleinen Fläche groß genug für ein großes Bett und einen großen Schreibtisch. Ein Layout des Zimmers liegt bei.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und du kannst die Möbel gegen geringen Preis übernehmen. Folgende Möbel sind enthalten: Bettgestell (fast neu), Matraze, Schreibtisch, Bürostuhl und mehrere IKEA-Kallax-Regale. Dafür wird eine Ablösesumme von EUR 150,00 fällig. Enthalten ist auch ein Anteil an der gemeinsamen Waschmaschine und einem nagelneuen Wifi-Router. Die Möbel müssen übernommen werden, dein Vormieter wird sie nicht mitnehmen.

The flat is in the first floor and a beautiful former adversary. The ceiling has about 4 meters height. The flat is however fully mondernized about 18 months ago. It has a large kitchen+common room, 3 bathrooms (2x shower, 1x bathtube) and 2 separate toilets.
Your about 15m² room is adjacent to the common room on the side to the street. The space is suffcient for a large desk and a large bed (see layout in the photos).
The room is provided nearly fully furnished. Included are:
Bed (almost new), matress, desk, office chair, and a few IKEA-Kallax. This, as well as part of the shared washing machine and Wifi-Router, comes for EUR 150,00 (compulsory).
The building is very close to Karlsplatz and Karlskirche. A "Spar" shop is just walking distance, as well as the tram lines D and 71 and the underground lines U1, U2 and U4. Tram line D gets you accross the city to the University main building. Just walking distance are the technical university and university of arts.
A walk to the city center takes about 10 minutes. Some restaurants are also arround. Directly in the north is the beautifull Belvedere garden, which is open for the public and accessable for free.
The flat consist of 7 people in total, we try to maintain always 4 girls and 3 boys, as the worked fine in the past. As a boy is leaving, another boy would be fine. All 6 remaining people are students (architecture, art-history, marketing, phychology, business management, IT).
So far all flatmates became friends or even close friends. In the past there were a lot of activities inside the flat and outside. Inside events were for example playing board games, watching movies via beamer or just drinking together with guests. Outside in summer swimming in the old Danube arm, going to cinema, rafting, climbing, biking, hiking.. and so on. Some flatmates got really into bouldering in the last months, as long as the spots are open due to covid reasons.
New people are highly welcome!
In the rent of EUR 500 everything is included ("warm"-rent). Only 1/7 of internet and 1/7 of the Austrian television fee comes extra.
Rent would be payable from 1st of March on - but you can already move in on 24th Feb if wanted.
