Zimmer in 7er WG bei Karlsplatz 4

Wir sind eine durchgemischte 7er WG direkt hinter dem Karlsplatz. Klingt nach vielen Leuten aber die Wohnung ist ur alt und ur riesig deshalb charmant. Sogar noch charmanter als die Mitbewohner*innen selbst. Die Lage ist extrem gut angebunden, Spar und Lidl gleich um die Ecke, 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten zum Naschmarkt. Wir teilen uns alle eine ca 30m^2 große Wohnküche mit Couch (die sehr beliebt ist), es gibt einen Balkon und eine Pastamaschine. Manche studieren, manche sind freischaffend - alle kochen gern und verbringen viel Zeit miteinander. Es gibt einige Gitarren und Pianos in der Wohnung, wir haben 2 Bäder und keinen Putzplan.

Das Zimmer hat 11m^2, geht in den Innenhof, ist also sehr ruhig und sonnig. 4 unserer Zimmer zeigen in diesen Innenhof. Da die Wohnung aus Gründerzeit kommt, sind die Wände über 4 Meter hoch. Der Vormieter hat ein Hochbett eingebaut, unter dem man problemlos stehen kann. Dadurch wirkt das Zimmer größer, man kann aber natürlich über alles reden. Außerdem sind die Vorräume so groß, dass die kleineren Zimmer ihre Kleiderkästen*schränke am Gang haben können. (Wenn erwünscht)

Wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben, schreib uns. Die freischaffenden unter der Partie sind viel unterwegs, deshalb würden wir über zoom oder so ein Kennenlernen veranstalten. Eine Wohnungsbesichtigung ist natürlich immer drin. Yay

We're a 7 people household right behind Karlsplatz. Sounds a lot but the house is huge and very old so very charming. Even more than the people living in it. The area is great and the infrastucture crazy convenient with Spar and Lidl right at the corner, 15 minutes walking to the main trainstation and 10 minutes walk to Naschmarkt. We're sharing a 30m^2 big kitchen with a couch that is frequently being used (we have a problem) there is a nice balcony and a pasta making machine (life savior). Some of us are still studying, some of us are freelancers - all of us like to cook and hang out together. There's always music playing in the house too, we have lots of guitares and pianos lying around the house.

The room itself is 11m^2 big, and the windows go out into the courtyard which means it is very quiet. 4 of the rooms go out in this courtyard and the energy in it is very nice. The walls are extremely high (over 4meters) so the guy living in that room before built in a loft bed. You can still perfectly stand underneath it. Therefore the room seems more spacious. But of course we can talk about the loft bed. Also the hallways is so big that the smaller rooms of the flatshare can put there closets outside if that is what they want.

Anyways if you're interested we'd be up to introduce ourselves further as well as get to know each other. We're spread out because the freelancers are away but a zoom meeting would be arrangeable for now! Of course a viewing is always possible.
