Die absolut beste Lage im 4ten Bezirk, mit dem 13A und der U1 direkt vor der Haustür. Billa, Hofer, Spar, Apotheke, Bipa, Pizza Volante, 2 super Dönerläden, süßes kleines Café, Türkische Bäckerei, ein asiatisches und peruanisches Restaurant- literally direkt vor der Haustür! Unsere direkten Nachbarn sind die Anker-Bäckerei und ein Blumengeschäft.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und das Belvedere und sein kleiner botanischer Garten sind 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Karlsplatz 10-15 Minuten. Wirklich eine geniale Ecke :)

The absolute best location in the 4th district. The U1 and 13A bus stations are right outside the front door, and the Hauptbahnhof (main train station) is 5 minutes away. Karlsplatz, Belvedere, the botanical gardens, and the Schweizergarten are all nearby (max 10-15 min walking). A bakery, florist, Spar, Billa, Hofer, Pizza, Döner, Asian and Peruvian restaurants and sweet cafes are all your direct surroundings. It is a great spot :)
In unserer WG wohnen Marlene 26, macht Ihren Master fertig und arbeitet, Esi 29, hat eine Ausbildung für Schmuck-Design an einem Abendkolleg absolviert und macht bissi Musik und so. Und Feli 38, ist gelernte Zuckerbäckerin und hat soeben ihr Masterstudium abgeschlossen. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt, da jeder seinen eigenen Tagesrhythmus hat, aber wir freuen uns, wenn wir uns in der Küche treffen und gemuetlich plaudern. Gerne unternehmen wir auch gelegentlich was zusammen. Ein freundlicher und ehrlicher Umgangston miteinander ist uns wichtig. Wir achten auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen, darum haben wir einen Putzplan. Wir teilen uns die Kosten für die klassischen WG-Dinge wie W-lan, Müllsäcke, Seifen, Putzmittel usw. und rechnen das dann ca. alle drei Monate ab. Zu Beginn faellt einmalig ein WG Beitrag fuer allgemeine Anschaffungen (100€ in bar fuer die Gemeinschaftskasse) an.

We are Marlene 26 who is finishing her studies and working, Esi 29, a trained jewellery designer, who works in Switzerland part-time, and Feli, who is a confectioner and currently working in a language school. Our WG-life is very calm, we have very different timetables but still like to share a good convo or meal in the kitchen. We care for a friendly and trustful atmosphere in our apartment.
Organization and cleanliness in the common spaces are important to us, so we maintain a cleaning schedule once a week. We share the costs for common things like Wifi, cleaning products, trash bags and stuff like that and split the amount approximately every 3 months :)

Das Zimmer wird ab dem 8. Juli frei und die Miete für Juli beträgt 270 EUR.
Ab August beträgt die Miete 350 Euro, inkl. Heizung u. Strom (alter Mietvertrag, deshalb so günstig:)), dann kommen noch ca. 15 Euro Internet dazu. Bitte keine Haustiere. Wir suchen jemanden für längerfristig.

The room will be available as from 8. July, the rent for July is 270 EUR. Starting from August it is 350 EUR.
The rent is 350 euros including heating and electricity (it’s so cheap because it is an older rent contract). Internet is around an extra 15 euros per month. No pets please. We are looking for someone who would like to stay longer than just a few months.
