Wir haben ein kleines, nettes Wg-Zimmer zu vermieten. Maße sind 245x395 cm.
Das Zimmer ist hofseitig ausgerichtet und somit sehr ruhig. Weiters haben wir ein zusätzliches Zimmer welches etwas Staurraum bietet.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, direkt am Wiedner Gürtel. 5min Gehzeit zur U1 und diversen Bus-, Straßenbahn- und Zugverbindungen. Ein Billa ist gleich in der Nähe. Hofer ist auch nicht weit weg. Außerdem kann man am Hbf auch sonntags einkaufen.
Wir sind zwei Studentinnen und momentan auf der Suche nach zwei neuen Mitbewohnern. Uns ist wichtig, dass wir uns super verstehen und ein lustiges und angenehmes Zusammenwohnen führen. Gerne können wir auch Sachen gemeinsam unternehmen wie z.B. Filmabende, gemeinsam kochen oder Party machen. Auch ist es uns wichtig eine gewisse Ordnung zu halten, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlt. Wir freuen uns wenn du dich bei uns meldest.
