Hey, ich bin Tamás und suche ab Mitte August einen Mitbewohner/eine Mitbewohnerin :)
Das Zimmer hat um die 13m2 und wird möbliert übergeben. Es besitzt zwei große Fenster und ist daher sehr sonnig und gemütlich. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie eine Dachterrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer. Der Preis von 500 € beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten.
In 3 Minuten ist man bei der Station Taubstummengasse (U1), nur 3-4 Minuten vom Stephansplatz, und noch weniger vom Karlsplatz entfernt. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und es gibt viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Apotheken in der Nähe. Der Hauptbahnhof ist nur eine U-Bahn Station entfernt und es ist generell einfach, überall hinzukommen.
Ich bin Student an der WU, koche sehr gerne, treibe regelmäßig Sport und mag auf jeden Fall Filme und Weißwein. Ich spreche Englisch, Deutsch, Ungarisch und ein bisschen Spanisch :)
