Ich werde ab Anfang August mein Zimmer in einer netten 6er WG abgeben und suche eine liebe, offene Person, die mein Zimmer übernimmt!
Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein ;) da im Altbau die Wände so hoch sind, wirkt das Zimmer groß und der Platz reicht gut aus.
Ich werde den meisten Teil meiner Möbel mitnehmen, aber z.B. meinen Schrank und vielleicht Schreibtisch gegen eine Ablöse im Zimmer lassen. Darüber können wir aber dann noch genauer reden :)
Das Zimmer hat ein Fenster und ist am Tag wenn die Sonne scheint sehr hell und man hat auch ein echt tollen Ausblick auf die Straße mit den tollen Wiener Gebäuden.

The room is small but nice ;) because the walls are so high in the old building, the room seems big and the space is good enough.
I will take most of my furniture with me, but I will leave my wardrobe and perhaps my desk in the room for a fee. But we can talk about that in more detail :)
The room has a window and is very bright during the day when the sun is shining and you also have a really great view of the street with the great Viennese buildings.
Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage: wir sind 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Karlsplatz weg und 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt und hat viele verschiedene Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Verkehr (zwei U-Bahn Linien 8 Minuten Fußweg, Straßenbahn-Linie D 3 Minuten Fußweg). Obwohl die Lage so zentral ist, ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig und man bekommt nicht viel mit von der Lautstärke des Stadtlebens, da die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße liegt. Also auch vom Verkehr bekommt man kaum was mit.
EN: The apartment has a super location: we are 10 minutes walk away from Karlsplatz and 15 minutes walk from the city center and has many different connections to public transport (two subway lines 8 minutes walk, tram line D 3 minutes walk). Although the location is so central, the apartment is very quiet and you don't get much of the noise of city life because the apartment is on a quiet side street. So also from the traffic you don't hear a lot.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr gemütlich, wir sind alle sehr rücksichtsvolle Personen und auch obwohl wir 6 Leute sind funktioniert das WG-Leben sehr gut. Ab und an trifft man sich in der Küche auf ein Bierchen oder wir kochen was zusammen. Für mich ist es ein sehr angenehmes Zwischending von Zusammenleben und Zwecks-WG. Es ist immer jemand da zum plaudern, aber man kann sich auch gut zurück ziehen.
EN: Our flat-sharing life is very cozy, we are all very considerate people and even though we are 6 people, the flat-sharing life works very well. Every now and then we meet in the kitchen for a beer or we cook something together. For me it is a very pleasant in-between of living together and purposeful shared apartment. There is always someone there to chat with, but you can also withdraw well.
Die Miete liegt bei 500€ all inclusive - also mit Strom, Heizung, Wlan und Betriebskosten.
