Die frisch renovierte Altbau-Wohnung ist 150 Quadratmeter groß und liegt mitten im 4. Bezirk, 5 Minuten vom Karlsplatz entfernt. Es gibt eine sehr geräumige Küche mit einem großen Esstisch Esstisch und in der viele gemütliche Koch-Chill-Spieleabende stattfinden! Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten (+ Waschmaschine) und Inhalt komplett ausgestattet. Noch dazu gibt es einen großen Vorraum, den wir als Wohnzimmer verwenden. Hier geht auch ein kleiner Balkon in den Innenhof, ideal für den ein oder anderen Kaffe, Tschick und Pflanzen :D Es gibt unendlich viel Stauraum, eine große Abstellkammer, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Klo und noch ein extra Klo!! Das Zimmer ist 25 qm groß und getrennt begehbar. Es ist sehr hell und gemütlich - mit allem was man braucht - eingerichtet.
The freshly renovated flat is 150 square metres big and is located in the middle of the 4th district, 5 minutes away from Karlsplatz. There is a very spacious kitchen with a large dining table and where many cosy cook-chill-game evenings take place! The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (+ washing machine) and contents. In addition, there is a large entrance which we use as a living room. There is also a small balcony, ideal for the one or other coffee, cigarette and plants :D There is endless storage space, a large storage room, a large bathroom with bathtub and toilet and an extra toilet!!! The room is 25 square metres big and has a separate entrance. The room is very bright and comfortably furnished with everything you need.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Mezzanin und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wiedner Hauptstraße. Die U1-Station Taubstummengasse befindet sich mehr oder weniger vor der Haustüre, sowie Spar, Straßenbahnstation (1er, 62er, Badner-Bahn), Restaurants und alles, was man sonst so braucht.
The flat is located on the first floor and close to Wiedner Hauptstraße. The U1 station Taubstummengasse (metro) is more or less in front of the door, as well as Spar, tram station (1er, 62er, Badner-Bahn), restaurants and everything else you need.
In der WG versteht sich jeder sehr gut. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, sei es beim Kochen, zum quatschen, einem Spieleabend oder zum Filmschauen. Wir sind alle anfang-mitte 20 Jahre alt und studieren Medizin, Architektur, Musical und Wirtschaft. Wir sind sehr offen und unkompliziert und freuen uns immer darauf, neue Leute kennenzulernen. Gerne können wir auch noch alle gemeinsam telefonieren, damit du uns vorab schon kennenlernst! :)
Everyone gets along very well in our shared flat. We enjoy spending time together, whether it's cooking, chatting, having a game night or watching a film. We are all in our early-mid 20s and are studying medicine, architecture, musical theatre and business. We are very open and uncomplicated and always look forward to meeting new people. We would be happy to talk to you on the phone so that you can get to know us in advance! :)
Zu dir: Wir freuen uns auf ein gemeinschaftliches WG-Leben - ob gemeinsam feiern gehen, kochen, Film- und Spieleabende oder einfach gemütlich eine Tasse Kaffee, wir sind für jeden Spaß zu haben! (aber eh klar: jeder komplett unabhängig und wie er/sie will!). Unsere WG ist jedenfalls keine Zweck-WG, sondern eine WG unter Freunden bzw eine kleine Family.
About you: We are looking forward to a shared flat-sharing life - whether it's partying together, cooking, movie and game nights or just a cup of coffee, we are up for any kind of fun! (but of course: everyone is completely independent and can do as he/she pleases!) In any case, our flat-share is not a purpose-built flat-share, but a flat-share among friends or a small family.
