The room is one of the largest in the flat, it has high ceilings and big widows which face the street allowing plenty of light. The room comes unfurnished so you will be able to make it your own space - there is enough room for a large bed and even a couch if you would like!
The location is great, with easy access to all supermarkets Billa, Hofer, Spar and Spar Pronto for Sundays ;). It is a 5 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof where you can catch the u-bahn and s-bahn, and the 13a bus stops right out the front of the apartment building, which provides a super easy connection to the 7th! TU/karlplatz is within walking distance or two stops on the u-bahn, and a connection to Angewandte/Mitte is super easy with the s-bahn. If you like to be active, there is lots of places to walk/run and do sports with Belvedere just around the corner as well as Schweizer Garten and other parks in the 10th. There is also some really nice cafes and restaurants close by such as Goldegg, Obsthunger and Das Lokal, as well as some delicious pizzerias!
You would be living with Robert, Bex and Peer!
Robert is working as an Architect and also finishing his diploma at TU. When Robert is not working you might hear him jamming away in his room playing guitar or in the kitchen having a beer. Bex is studying at TU and is often out playing basketball or back in his hometown. Peer is the newest member of the flat, he is studying at BOKU and is also a photographer. WG life in general is pretty calm and everyone is extremely easy going! Smoking is also allowed in the kitchen and everyone speaks German and English!
Everything is transparent, the room is €490 and includes electricity, gas, internet etc... Deposit is €920
Room will be unfurnished and free from March 1st :)
