Beautiful room, with lots of sunlight and even sunnier flatmates. I am renting out my spot because I will be traveling for work. The house is super big, with a huge living room/kitchen, a balcony, a couple of bathrooms (well needed) and truly amazing people.
We like to cook together, share the fridge, go on demonstrations, hang out together with a glas of wine afterwards and watch movies on our beamer. It is a very open house with people coming and going, yet at the same time the house is so big that it is absolutely no problem to take ones space and distance to recharge some personal needs :)
We are just behind Karlskirche. Also public transportation is grand with the U1 and U4 next to the house and the D and 71 right down the street.
The room is fully furnished, there's plants that shall be watered, a bed with pillows and duvets, towels and all the basics and non basics one can think of.
The house will be free starting from september with 610€ per month as rent as well as a deposit of 200€. The duration of the rent as well as moving in date is very negotiable.
If you're interested we'd be up to introduce ourselves further as well as get to know each other. We're spread out because the freelancers are away but a zoom meeting would be arrangeable for now! Of course a viewing is always possible.
