Das größte Zimmer hat 27m^2 mit einem begehbaren Balkon und kann möbliert übergeben werden. Ein Bett könnte man auch günstig ablösen.
Das zweite Zimmer hat 17m^2 und ebenfalls einen Balkon und man kann auch einige Möbel übernehmen. Das dritte Zimmer hat 15m^2 und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit viel Stauraum.
Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt hoch oben in der 6 Etage eines Neubau-Hauses. Und ja, es gibt auch einen Lift. :) Sie hat gesamt ca. 100m2. Das Besondere sind die 2 Balkone. Einer davon ist hofseitig und einer davon zur Margaretenstraße ausgerichtet. Mit der Wohnung wird auch ein eigenes Kellerabteil vermietet. Und es gibt auch einen Fahrradkeller.

The apartment is high up on the 6th floor of a new building. And yes, there is also a lift. :) It has a total of about 100m2. The special feature is the 2 balconies. One of them faces the courtyard and one of them faces Margaretenstrasse. A basement compartment is also rented with the apartment. And there is also a bicycle storage room.
Von der sehr zentralen Lage kann man gut in alle anderen Bezirke Wiens kommen und ist mit der U1, U4 vom Karlsplatz und der Kettenbrückengasse sowie diversen Straßenbahnen von der Paulanergasse gut angebunden. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich der Naschmarkt, über den zu schlendern immer wieder ein Genuss ist. Es gibt diverse Bars (Schikaneder bsp-weise fast gegenüber) und Restaurants direkt in der Straße und in nächster Nähe viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und allerlei andere kuriose Läden. Zu Fuß ist man in 15 Minuten in der Mariahilfer-Straße und in der gleichen Zeit nur in die andere Richtung direkt im ersten.

In the urban jungle is our beautiful area in the district number four, Wieden. From our quite central location you can swarm out to all other districts of Vienna and are well connected with the U1, U4 from Karlsplatz and the Kettenbrückengasse as well as various trams from the Paulanergasse. The Naschmarkt is only a few minutes' walk away and is always a pleasure to stroll through. There are various bars and restaurants right in the street and in the immediate vicinity there are many shops and all sorts of other strange shops. You can walk to Mariahilfer Strasse in 15 minutes and in the same time only go in the other direction directly to the first street. We would say it's nice here (:
Wir ziehen aus. Aufgrund neuen Jobangeboten, Lust auf Reisen und der Heimweh werden wir 3 hier nun alle unsere Zelte abbrechen und weiter ziehn. Dabei ist es uns aber wichtig, dass wir unser liebgewonnenes Nest in Gute Hände übergeben. Also wenn du auf der Suche nach einem neuen "Zu Hause zum Wohlfühlen" bist und vielleicht auch zwei Freunde hast, freuen wir uns auf deine Nachricht.
