Großes helles Zimmer in herzlicher 4er WG

Die WG befindet sich im 4. Bezirk nahe dem Hauptbahnhof/Südtirolerplatz und ist perfekt an die Öffis angebunden.
U1, S-Bahn/Züge, 13A, Bim D, O, 18, 1 sind alle in 3 - 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

In 15-20 Minuten ist man also bei der TU, der FH Campus Wien, aber auch der Hauptuni.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafes/Restaurants bietet die nahe Favoritenstraße und der Hauptbahnhof (mit spar am Sonntag!), sowie viele Billas und Hofer. Vor allem das gemütliche Beisl "Cafe Gitarre" und das Cafe "15 süße Minuten" können wir empfehlen.

Ums Eck befindet sich der lauschige Alois Drasche Park und wenn man etwas weiter spazieren will, erreicht man bald das Schloss Belvedere bzw. den Schweizergarten und das Wienerberg Erholungsgebiet.

The flat is located in the 4th district near the main train station/Südtirolerplatz and is perfectly connected to public transport.
U1, S-Bahn/trains, 13A, Bim D, O, 18, 1 are all within 3 - 5 minutes walking distance.

So in 15-20 minutes you are at the TU, the FH Campus Wien, but also the main university.

There are Cafes/restaurants at the nearby Favoritenstraße and the main station (with spar on Sunday!), as well as many Billas and Hofer. Especially the cozy bar "Cafe Gitarre" and the cafe "15 sweet minutes" we can recommend.

Around the corner is the cozy Alois Drasche Park and if you want to walk a little further, you will soon reach the Belvedere Castle or the Schweizergarten and the Wienerberg area.

Wir sind eine WG, die mehr ist als nur ein gemeinsames Dach über dem Kopf. Plaudern in der Küche, gemeinsame Spiel/Film/Kochabende oder am Wochenende bei der Snackpause ums Eck ausgiebig frückstücken, finden wir gut. Generell ist unser Zusammenleben eher ruhig und gemütlich. Wir sind rücksichtsvoll miteinander und helfen uns gegenseitig. Wir sind eine WG, in der sich jede*r wohl fühlen soll und deswegen gibt es hier keinen
Platz für jegliche Art der Diskriminierung.
Auch noch gut zu wissen: Wir wollen die WG sauber halten und unser Putzplan hilft uns dabei. Wenn jemand mal etwas später macht, ist das in Ordnung.

Mit dir in der Wohnung wohnen Magda, Wanda und Max.

Magdalena schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit in Psychologie und deswegen untertags viel in Bibs. Ihre Freizeit verbringt sie am liebsten mit Chorsingen, im Park in der Sonne liegen und Second Hand Läden durchstöbern. Ihr Freund Benedikt ist manchmal in der WG zu Besuch. Wenn du einen Bib-Buddy suchst oder ne WG Band gründen willst, dann ist Magda deine Ansprechperson ;)

Wanda (they/them) arbeitet Vollzeit im Sozialbereich und hat dadurch einen ziemlich geregelten Rhythmus. They macht ansonsten sehr viele verschiedene kreative Dinge, Schmuck, stricken, schreiben, malen und es kommen immer neue Dinge dazu. Außerdem liegt they liebend gerne in Parks herum oder spielt Würfel- und Kartenspiele, so auch in dem, direkt um die Ecke, der zum WG Garten auserkort wurde.

Hi ich bin Max, 22 Jahre alt und studiere Landschaftsarchitektur. In meiner Freizeit treffe ich mich gerne mit meinen Freunden, spiele Rugby oder zeichne gerne. Ich würde mich selbst als lebensfroh und aufgeweckt beschreiben, obwohl ich auch ab und zu meine Ruhe brauche. Ich koche ausserdem gerne und lasse mich auch oft von meinen Mitmenschen in der Wg dabei inspirieren! Pflanzen zählen zu meiner neuesten Leidenschaft, weshalb ich mich freuen würde, den ein oder anderen Ableger mit dir zu tauschen! :)

We are a shared flat that is more than just a common roof over your head. We enjoy chatting in the kitchen, playing games/movies/cooking together or having an extensive snack break around the corner on the weekend. In general, our life together is rather quiet and cozy. We are considerate of each other and help each other out. We are a shared flat where everyone should feel comfortable and therefore there is no room for any kind of discrimination.
Also good to know: We want to keep the flat clean and our cleaning schedule helps us to do so. If someone does something later, that's fine.

With you in the apartment live Magda, Wanda and Max.

Magdalena is currently writing her master's thesis in psychology and therefore spends a lot of time in libraries during the day. She likes to spend her free time singing in choirs, lying in the sun in the park and browsing second-hand shops. Her boyfriend Benedikt sometimes visits the flat share. If you are looking for a bib buddy or want to start a flat-share band, Magda is your contact person ;)

Wanda (they/them) works full-time in the social sector and therefore has a pretty regular rhythm. They do a lot of different creative things, jewellery, knitting, writing, painting and there are always new things to do. They also love to lie around in parks or play dice and card games, including the one just round the corner that has been turned into a shared flat garden.

Hi, I'm Max, 22 years old and I'm studying landscape architecture. In my free time I like to meet up with my friends, play rugby or draw. I would describe myself as cheerful and lively, although I also need my peace and quiet from time to time. I also enjoy cooking and am often inspired by my flatmates! Plants are one of my latest passions, which is why I would be delighted to swap a plant or two with you! :)
