The room is also approximately 23m2 with large windows. It is equally bright and sunny. This room has direct access to bathroom and the living room. It will be delivered unfurnished.
The apartment is an old building apartment, but the windows and floor have been renovated.
We have a living room with a nice balcony, a spacious entrance and bathroom and a kitchen.
The apartment is located directly at the rear exit of the U4 station Kettenbrückengasse, shops, bars, restaurants are all in the immediate vicinity. Mariahilferstraße/Museumsquartier/Karlsplatz everything can be reached on foot in a short time.
Public transport: U4 Kettenbrückengasse (1 minute), U3 Neubaugasse 6-7 minutes), 13A Haus des Meeres (5 minutes)
For bike owners: we don't have a bike room, but we do have a courtyard that can be locked off. But we have most of the bikes upstairs in the apartment
For car owners: There is a large parking lot in front of the house, with a parking sticker for the 5th district you can almost always find a parking space in front of the front door.
The NaschmarktWG has existed for over 12 years with changing members. Unfortunately my current flatmate Marlis is moving out.
I (Gül,35 and my cat (Kömür,7) and Alex (33) are looking for new flatmates.
I am currently working as a researcher in MedUni full-time and about to finish my PhD thesis. Therefore I don’t lead a student lifestyle. During the day I am either in the lab or writing on the thesis. Besides, I do like catching movies and gigs, doing yoga and cycling.
Alex:
I am photographer coming from Berlin to quite down to Vienna. I am chilled , open minded, optimistic, selfless and a little naive. I love old music and movies and own a good projector. Living with cool people is important to me.
Kömür: is working as a full time cat here living his dream life in Vienna after streets of Istanbul. He loves tuna, running around randomly, massaging people’s lap and afternoon naps. He has a very affectionate personality.
People who are interested in the flat should of course be cat friendly and willing to look after Kömür when I am not around.
Privacy and tranquility are also very important to us, especially after a long day. All in all, I would say that things are relaxed here. there are a few rules but no worry we are worth it :)
So we preferably look for employed people who appreciate the commonality of flat share life, but are also looking for a quiet retreat in the apartment.
