The room has two large windows with sunlight in the mornings. There's a beautiful hardwood floor and high ceilings. There's also a large living room (25sqm), kitchen, big hallway with a wardrobe, and a 10sqm balcony. Everything is newly renovated.
Currently there's no furniture, but we can surely organize a bed, a desk, and a wardrobe. You could also use the walkable wardrobe on the offer side of the flat.
There's the option to take over the whole flat after the summer, if interested.
The flat is very close to pilgramgasse, with easy access to public transport and shopping opportunities.
I currently live alone and will start looking for a smaller flat soon. I enjoy flat share life and lived in flatshares for the past 16 years. I work full-time but enjoy going out or hanging out in the evenings. On weekends I usually cycle or go out in Vienna.
