3 Zimmer werden frei! Neues Kapitel in der 4er WG beginnt

Die öffentliche Anbindung ist sehr gut, da die Wohnung sehr zentral innerhalb des Gürtels liegt.

Prinzipiell können die meisten Ziele in der Stadt innerhalb von 20-30 Minuten mit dem Rad zurückgelegt werden.
Supermärkte, Apotheke, Geschäfte, etc. befindet sich alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The connection to public transit is pretty good, and the apartment is in a quite central place.

Moreless, most of the main attractions in the city or at the border (parks and woods) are reachable by 20-30 min by bike or public transport. Supermarket, Farmacy and any type of shop are within 5 min walk.

Bisher war das WG Leben mal wilder, mal ruhiger in jedem Fall immer gemeinschaftlich. Kochen, Reisen, Konzerte, Festivals haben wir alles schon gemeinsam gemacht und besucht. Ein buntes Miteinander und offene Türen sind uns daher wichtig. Besuch ist willkommen und gerne gesehen, es gibt auch ein kleines Extrazimmer mit Hochbett in dem wir auch für längere Zeit Gäste gut unterbringen können. Bei Einzug kannten wir uns nicht, sind jetzt aber alle Freunde und haben viel geteilt.

Ich freu mich auf eine neues Kapitel und bin gespannt was entstehen wird.

Zu mir: Ich liebe alles was mit Bergsport, Meer, Reisen. Büchern oder Capoeria zu tun hat. Im Winter bin ich Skilehrerin, jetzt gerade habe ich meinen Master an der Universität für Angewandten Kunst abgeschlossen und arbeite mit Kindern.

ENGLISH
So far, the WG life was sometimes wilder, sometimes quieter, but in any case always communal. Cooking, traveling, concerts, festivals, we have all done and visited together. A colorful togetherness and open doors are therefore important to us. Visitors are welcome and gladly seen, there is also a small extra room with a loft bed in which we can also accommodate guests for longer periods of time. We didn't know each other when we moved in, but now we are all friends and have shared a lot.

I am looking forward to a new chapter and am curious what will arise.
Since 3 rooms will be free, bring your friends with you!

About me: I love everything that has to do with mountain sports, sea, travel. Books or Capoeria has to do. In the winter I am a ski instructor, now I have just finished my master's degree at the University of Applied Arts and work with children.

* Wir haben einen Gemeinschaftshof mit Tischtennisplatte, Sitzgelegenheiten, Fahrradabstellplätze und Schildkröten. Menschen mit grünem Daumen können sich dort gerne noch austoben.

* Außerdem lebt eine Katze, Paulinchen, die ebenfalls in der Wohnung. Daher ist es gut keine Katzenangst oder stark ausgeprägte Allergie mitzubringen (ihr Fell ist verträgt sich prinzipiell ganz gut mit Katzenallergien). Ansonsten gibt es keine Verpflichtungen der Katze gegenüber, sie freut sich trotzdem über Aufmerksamkeit und gekrauelt werden ;)

* Geraucht werden kann im Hof oder in einem kleinen Extra Zimmer.

* Die Gaspreise sind wie überall im Mai gestiegen, davor war die Warmiete 400 Euro. :/

* Nun zu dir, prinzipiell suchen ich eine entspannte, offene Person und für ein lustiges und angenehmes Zusammenleben. Wir haben keine Checkliste oder sonst irgendwas. Klar, es gilt das Übliche, du solltest schonmal einen Putzlappen benutzt haben, eine Vorstellung haben wie gemeinschaftliches Wohnen sein kann (und wie du es dir wünscht) etc.. du kannst es dir denken.

* Im Winter bin ich oft 1-2 Monate am Stück weg, bisher habe ich aber immer ganz liebe Zwischenmieter gefunden.

* Also, falls dich unsere Beschreibung und das drumherum anspricht, erzähl gerne etwas ausführlicher von dir und schick Bilder (wenn du magst).

ENG:
* We have a communal courtyard with a table tennis table, seating, bicycle parking and turtles. People with green thumbs are welcome to get engaged there.

* A cat, Paulinchen, is living in the flat. Therefore, it is good not to bring a fear of cats or strong allergies with you (her fur is in theory anti-allergic and compatible with cat allergies). Apart from that, there are no obligations towards the cat, but she is still happy about attention and being cuddled ;)

* You can smoke in the courtyard or in a small extra room.

* Due to the rising energy prices, we are unfortunately not yet able to estimate the amount of the additional costs.

* During winter I usually teach skiing and will be away for 1-2 months. During this period I subrent my room to super nice people.

* Now to you, in principle we are looking for a relaxed, open-minded person and want a pleasant living together. We don't have a checklist or anything else. Of course, the usual applies, you should have used a vacuum cleaner before, have an idea of what communal living can be like (and what you want it to be like) etc... :D
