Nachdem ich ziehe in einer neuer Wohnung ein, wird in unserer 4er WG ein Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung ist in zwei Flügel aufgeteilt, wo sich jeweils zwei Zimmern befinden und ein Badezimer befinden. Deshalb du teilst dir das Badezimmer nur mit einer Person.
In der Mitte befindet sich die Wohnküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Geschirrspüler und genug Stauraum für deine Sachen. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und Staubsauger in der Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und gemütlich. Ich würde es teil-möbliert übergeben: Bett und weißer Tisch nehme ich mit und der Rest bleibt. Wir können einen Ablöse besprechen.

As I am moving into my own flat, there is a room available in our 4-person flatshare.
The flat is divided into two parts, each with two rooms and a bathroom. That means you only share a bathroom with one person.
The kitchen is in the middle of the flat and has everything we need: fridge, oven, dishwasher and enough cupboard space for everyone.
The room is cozy and bright, and I would leave it partially-furnished: I will take the bed and the white table, and the rest will stay. We can talk about payment for the furniture.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Mitten des 5. Bezirks und ist sehr gut verbunden.
Öffis: Busse 59A (Karlsplatz & Meidling) und 14A (Neubaugasse) sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zur U4-Pilgramgasse braucht man ca. 10 Minuten. S-Bahn Matzleinsdorferplatz ist auch in 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Derzeit wird vor dem Haus an der neuen U-Bahn-Haltestelle gebaut. Deshalb kann es untertags mal etwas lauter werden, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster hört man eigntlich nichts mehr. Es soll aber demnächst die Arbeiten unterirdisch stattfinden und somit die Lärmbelästigung weniger werden.

The flat is in the middle of the 5th district and very well connected.
Public transport: 59A (Karlsplatz & Meidling) and 14A (Neubaugasse) are 5 minutes away. U4 Pilgramgasse is about 10 minutes away, as well as the S-Bahn Matzleinsdorferplatz.
There is currently construction for the new underground station on the street, so it can get a bit noisy during the day but you don't really hear it when the windows are closed. The work should mostly be underground soon, so there will be less noise.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden Lily (26), Iryna (21) und Anita (22) sein.
Lily kommt aus Bulgarien und schreibt gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit in Architektur an der TU Wien.
Iryna kommt aus der Ukraine und studiert Internationale BWL auf der Uni Wien und arbeitet nebenbei.
Anita kommt aus Belgien und macht ein Praktikum an der Universität für angewandte Kunst. Sie ist nur von August bis Feburar da.
Jakob (25) kommt aus der Steiermark und studiert Informatik an der TU Wien. Er ist bis Februar 2024 in Teneriffa, deshalb momentan hat Anita sein Zimmer.
Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, trifft man sich in der Küche auf ein Glas Wein oder Bier, kocht gemeinsam oder wir gehen ins Kino. Es gibt aber auch Täge, wo man sich nicht über den Weg läuft, da wir unter der Woche auch beschäftigt sind.
Wir sind unkompliziert, aufgeschlossen und schätzen einen ehrlichen Umgang miteinander, sodass das Zusammenleben möglichst harmonisch abläuft.

Your flatmates will be Lily (26), Iryna (21) and Anita (22).
Lily is from Bulgaria and is currently writing her master's thesis in Architecture at the TU Wien.
Iryna is from Ukraine and is studying International Business Administration at the University of Vienna and works part-time.
Anita is from Belgium is doing an internship at the University of Applied Arts. She is only in Vienna for 6 months, between August and February; usually Jakob (25) is in that room. Jakob is from Styria ans studies Computer Science at the TU Wien.
If we have time, we meet in the kitchen for a drink, cook together, or go to the cinema together. But there are also days we don't see each other so much because we are busy.
We are uncomplicated, open-minded and honest with each other so that living together is pleasant for all of us.
Die Miete ist 449€: Miete, Strom, Heizung, Versicherung & Internet ist da schon dabei. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete.
