Die lichtdurchflutete Wohnung hat einen großen Vorraum (14m2) und alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar. Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof und ist daher ruhig. Die Fenster sind dreifach verglast und bekommen noch Aussenjalousien. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ist zwar nicht neu, aber gut gepflegt und hat einen Tisch für 4 Personen welcher noch zusätzlich ausziehbar ist, einen neuen Kühlschrank sowie ein neues Spülbecken. Die Zimmer haben neue Holzböden und werden mittels Fernwārme geheizt. Bad und getrenntes WC sind ebenfalls renoviert. Die Preise für die größeren Zimmer betragen € 520,00 inklusive aller Nebenkosten, das kleine Zimmer €500,00.
Die Wohnung ist total ruhig gelegen, hat aber trotzdem die perfekte Anbindung: ca.5 Gehminuten zu Straßenbahn bzw. Bus 6, 18, 62, 12A, 13A, 14A sowie Badener Bahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Spar und auf der Reinprechtsdorfer Strasse die üblichen Geschäfte (DM, Eduscho…) Innenstadt, Hauptbahnhof oder Westbahnhof ca 10-15’ entfernt. S-Bahn Anbindung Matzleinsdorfer Platz 5‘
