Die Wohnung liegt 3 Gehminuten von der U4-Station Margaretengürtel und den Straßenbahnen 6 und 18 entfernt. In 10 Gehminuten erreicht man die U6-Station Gumpendorferstraße und einige Buslinien. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Hofer, ein Billa, die Post, eine Apotheke, sowie eine kleine Bäckerei und der Bruno-Kreisky Park. Neben der Eingangstür zum Wohnhaus befindet sich auch praktische eine Ärztin.

The flat is a 3-minute walk from the U4 station Margaretengürtel and the trams 6 and 18. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach the U6 station Gumpendorferstraße and several bus lines. In the immediate surroundings there is a Hofer, a Billa, the post office, a pharmacy, as well as a small bakery and the Bruno-Kreisky Park. There is also a general doctor next to the entrance door to the apartment building.

Die WG is noch recht jung da Evine und Magda erst im Juni letztes Jahr eingezogen sind. Und auch Kerstin ist erst seit einem Jahr in der WG. Das heißt aber für dich das alle drei sehr offen sind und viel Lust haben auf ein gutes WG Leben miteinander
Kurz zu deinen drei future-roomies:

Ich bin Kerstin, 27 Jahre alt und arbeite in der Film und Theater-Szene.
Bin gerne viel unterwegs, vor allem beruflich, sonst genieße aber auch mal einen gemütlichen Tag in der Wohnung. In meiner Freizeit gehe ich gern ins Kino oder Theater, ins Museum oder in Austellungen. Ich lese gerne (meistens in einem Cafe bei einem Stück Kuchen).
Wenn die Motivation mitspielt geh ich gern zum Yoga oder auch Pilates.

Magda: Hi, ich bin Magda, 25 und komme aus Südtirol! :) Ich bin vor nem halben Jahr wieder nach Wien zurückgezogen und arbeite in Marketing/Kommuniktion. Ich hab schon meinen Bachelor in Wien gemacht und die Stadt kennen und lieben gelernt. Für meinen Master war ich in Rotterdam und in Seoul. Ich koche eigentlich voll gern (vegan) und würde gerne viel öfter backen!! Ansonsten liebe ich es auch mich für coffee & cake zu treffen, gehe gerne ins Museum und möchte dieses Jahr auch öfter ins Theater und mal in die Oper :D Am Wochenende gehe ich gerne Feiern, treffe meine Friends oder gehe raus in die Natur. Oder ich mach mal nichts haha. Was ich sonst so mag: Museen, Musik, Klamotten, Reisen, Abenteuer, Sport aber auch Netflix oder Lesen. Was mir in der WG wichtig ist: Das sich jede/r wohlfühlt und wir uns gut verstehen! Aber auch dass wir uns an common Regeln halten, wie nen Putzplan, alles ordentlich halten oder uns die Arbeit aufteilen. Per se arbeite ich ja (auch ab und zu von daheim) daher wäre es mir wichtig, dass man nicht bis in die Morgenstunden laut ist oder so :D Bin immer für spontane WG-Tätigkeiten zu haben, wie kochen, Aperol oder Kaffee trinken, mal zusammen was unternehmen - was sich ergibt!! :) Aber alles ohne Zwang natürlich! :)

Ich bin Evine, 23 Jahre alt und komme aus den Niederlanden! Verstehe ziemlich gut Deutsch aber wir reden einfach eher Englisch (vielleicht ändert das noch wenn mein Deutsch noch etwas mehr verbessert). Habe schon ein Bachelor und Master in den Niederlanden gemacht, aber studiere seit Oktober (noch) ein Master Supply Chain Management an der WU. Ich koche gern (vegetarisch), und in meiner Freizeit treffe ich oft meine Freunde - feiern, in Cafes, oder Brettspielabenden :) ansonsten lese ich gern, spiele (elektrischen) Klavier, und gehe gern raus in die Natur: wandern, laufen, skifahren, und andere neue Abenteuer. Ich genieße spontane WG Abende sehr; gemeinsam kochen, Aperol trinken auf dem Balkon oder etwas anderes zusammen unternehmen :)

Wenn du also eine aufgeschlossen Person bist und auf der Suche nach einem unkomplizierten und gemeinschaftlichen Zusammenleben bist, dann sind du bei uns genau richtig!

(ENG) The shared apartment is still quite young as Evine and Magda only moved in in June last year. And Kerstin has only been in the shared apartment for nearly a year now. But for you that means that all three are very open and a keen on having a good shared life together.
Briefly about your three future roomies:

(ENG) My name is Kerstin, I am 27 years old and livee in the flat since February. I work in the film and theater industry. Depending on the project I have to travel quite a bit, which is why I am out a lot... But when I am home I do enjoy a chill day in the flat.
In my free time you can find me in a cafe reading a book. I also love going to the cinema, theatre or museum.
What else do I like to do? Yoga (sometimes needs a little persuasion), an after-work drink (gin and tonics mostly) and second-hand shopping tours.

(ENG) Magda: Hi, I'm Magda, 25, and I come from South Tyrol! :) I moved back to Vienna about half a year ago and work in marketing/communication. I completed my bachelor's degree in Vienna and got to know and love the city. For my master's, I spent time in Rotterdam and Seoul. I really enjoy cooking (vegan) and would love to bake much more often! Besides that, I also love meeting up for coffee & cake, enjoy visiting museums, and this year, I want to go to the theater and opera more often :D On weekends, I like to go out partying, meet my friends, or spend time in nature. Or sometimes, I just do nothing haha. Other things I like: museums, music, fashion, traveling, adventures, sports, but also Netflix or reading. What's important to me in a flatshare: That everyone feels comfortable and we get along well! But also that we adhere to common rules, like having a cleaning schedule, keeping everything tidy, or sharing the workload. Since I work (sometimes from home), it's important to me that we're not too loud into the early morning hours :D I'm always up for spontaneous flatshare activities, like cooking, having Aperol or coffee, doing something together - whatever comes up!! :) But all without any pressure, of course! :)

(ENG) I'm Evine, 23 years old and I'm from the Netherlands! I understand German pretty well but we actually speak more English in the flat (maybe that will change if my German improves some more). I've already done a bachelor's and master's degree in the Netherlands, but since October I'm doing a master's in supply chain management at WU. I like to cook (vegetarian), and in my free time I often meet my friends - partying, in cafes, or board game nights :) In addition, I like reading, playing (electric) piano, and going out into nature: hiking, running, skiing, and other new adventures! I really enjoy spontaneous WG evenings; cooking together, drinking Aperol on the balcony or doing something else together :)

If you are open-minded and are looking for an uncomplicated and communal life together, then you are exactly right with us.

Sonstiges
Wir haben zudem einen Balkon (1x durch Kerstins Zimmer), der sich toll für gemeinsames Kaffee trinken und tratschen anbietet.
Zudem gibt es einen Abstellraum in der Wohnung und ein Kellerabteil mit ausreichend Stauraum. Außerdem besitzt die Wohnung einen relativ großen Gangbereich, wovon aus man alle Schlafzimmer einzeln betreten kann.
Und gerade werden unser Bad + WC neu renoviert - was für dich heißt du würdest einziehen und direkt das Glück haben ein nagelneues Bad zu genießen !

We also have a balcony (1x walk through Kerstin's room), which is great for drinking coffee and chatting together. :)
In addition, there is a storage room in the apartment and a basement compartment with ample storage space. In addition, the apartment has a relatively large corridor area, from which you can enter all bedrooms individually.
And our bathroom and toilet are currently being renovated - which for you means you can move in and be lucky enough to enjoy a brand new bathroom!
