Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar. Es ist hell und hat Fischgrätenparkett. Ab frühem Mittag scheint die Sonne herein. Außerdem gibts noch einen alten Kamin, der leider nicht benutzt werden darf, dafür aber als Ablage oder Dekoelement dienen kann. Da die Wohung direkt am Gürtel liegt, ist sie für lärmempfindliche Menschen weniger geeignet. Doch das Zimmer ist zu einer Seitenstraße gerichtet, dadurch wird einiges an Lärm abgefangen. Die Fenster sind relativ neu und dichten auch sehr gut. Es lässt sich super luften und im Sommer bleibt es angenehm kühl.
Mit seinen 25 qm, zwei Fenstern und quadratischer Form lässt es sich prima einrichten.
Bei Bedarf kan die Kommode übernommen werden :)

The room is available from May on. It is bright and has herringbone parquet flooring. The sun shines in from early noon. There is also an old fireplace, which unfortunately cannot be heated, but used as a shelf or decorative element. As the apartment is located directly on the Gürtel, it is not suitable for people who are sensitive to noise, but the fact that the room faces a side street means that some of the noise is absorbed. The windows are relatively new and seal very well.
With its 25 square meters, two windows and square shape, it is easy to furnish.
If required, an office cupboard can be taken.

Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten am Karlsplatz (15), MaHi (10) oder auf der Donauinsel (30)! Zur Naherholung gibts Schloss Schönbrunn oder den Wiener Berg, die ebenfalls in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar sind.
Billa, Hofer, Penny sowie Trafik und Bäcker sind im direkten Umkreis. Ein Getränkeshop und die Bäcker haben längere Öffnungszeiten.

You can also get to Karlsplatz (15), MaHi (10) or Donauinsel (30) in just a few minutes by bike! For local recreation there is Schloss Schönbrunn or the Wiener Berg, which can also be reached in about 15 minutes.
Billa, Hofer, Penny as well as a tobacconist and bakery are in the immediate vicinity. A drinks store and the bakery have longer opening hours.
Du würdest zusammenziehen mit Bernd (33), Annalena (27) und Matthias (28). Wir studieren noch mehr und weniger und arbeiten in Teil- oder Vollzeit. Bernd und Annalena im sozialen Bereich, Matthias schreibt gerade seine Bachelorarbeit. So ergibt es sich, dass wir momentan relativ unterschiedliche Tagesrhythmen haben und nicht regelmäßig alle zusammenkommen. Zwischendurch bleibt dann aber doch Zeit für einen Plausch, oft in der Küche bei Kaffee, beim Essen oder einem gemeinsamen Spieleabend.

You would move in with Bernd (33), Annalena (26) and Ali (29). We study more and less and work part-time or full-time. As a result, we currently have relatively different daily rhythms and we don't get together all at once regularly. But there is still time for a chat in between, often in the kitchen over coffee or a meal.
Da die Wohnung aus ehemals zwei Wohnungen zusammengesetzt ist, ist sie wirklich sehr groß und geräumig: neben den Zimmern gibt es 2 Bäder, eins mit Wanne, eins mit Regendusche, 2 WCs, 2 Eingangstüren eine wirklich tolle, funktionale Küche in charmantem 70er-Jahre-Design und außerdem ein großes Wohnzimmer, das zu Spielen, Filme schauen oder anderen Hobbies einlädt. Die Wohnung bietet sehr viel Platz, wurde vor Bezug hochwertig rennoviert und bis auf den Gürtel ein wahres Schmuckstück!
Wir rauchen in der Küche und in manchen der Zimmer, darüber können wir aber verhandeln. Eine reine Nichtraucherwohnung ist es aber nicht.
Ebenfalls vorhanden sind zwei Kellerabteile und ein Innenhof für Fahrräder.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

Since the apartment is made up of two former apartments, it is very large and spacious: in addition to the rooms, there are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub, one with a rain shower, 2 toilets, 2 entrance doors, a really great, functional kitchen in a charming 70s design and also a large living room that invites you to play games, watch movies or enjoy other hobbies.
We smoke in the kitchen and in some of the private rooms, so you bother about that.
There are also two cellar compartments and an inner courtyard for bicycles.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
