Das Zimmer ist groß und geräumig. Es hat eine tolle Fensterfront, das heißt es ist sehr hell und lichtdurchflutet. Die Wohnung ist mitten im Herzen des 5. Bezirkes, aber wir sind in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Es wird teilmöbliert übergeben. Was genau und wieviel die Ablöse ist wird noch besprochen.
Um in das Zimmer zu gelangen, muss man durch mein Zimmer hindurch :) Mir persönlich ist es absolut kein Problem, bin daran gewöhnt. Da ich meistens tagsüber weg bin, kannst du mein Zimmer auch als Wohnzimmer benutzen (hab ne Couch und Fernseher). Zudem gelangt man über mein Zimmer auf den Balkon. Da kannst du dich Sonnen, gemütlich Kaffee trinken und Bücher lesen :)
Wir haben im Flur ein Kleiderzimmer, wo locker deine Sachen reinpassen. Zudem gibt es ein Vorratszimmer, wo man Lebensmittel und anderes verstauen kann.

The room is large and spacious. It has a great window front, making it very bright and filled with light. The apartment is right in the heart of the 5th district, but we are on a quiet side street. It is being rented partially furnished. What exactly is included and how much the transfer fee will be is yet to be discussed.
To get to the room, you have to go through my room :) Personally, I have absolutely no problem with it, I'm used to it. Since I am mostly away during the day, you can also use my room as a living room (I have a couch and TV). Additionally, you can access the balcony through my room. You can sunbathe, enjoy a coffee, and read books there :)
We have a walk-in closet in the hallway, where your things can easily fit. There is also a pantry where you can store food and other items.
Das Highlight der WG ist die Lage. Wir sind im Herzen des 5. Bezirkes. Trotzdem ist es ruhig und entspannt in unserem Grätzl. Wir haben diverse Parks in der Nähe (Bruno-Kreisky Park, Hundsturmpark und den Einsiedlerpark). Dort kannst du dich entspannen, auf den Hängematten schlafen und Tischtennis spielen.
Die U4 Margaretengürtel ist mir 4 Gehminiten entfernt und die U6 Gumpendorfer Straße ist in 10 min. erreichbar. Die Tram-Linien 6 und 18 sind in 5 min. erreichbar, genauso wie die Buslinien 59A, 12A und 57A. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Der Westbanhof, Hauptbahnhof, Karlsplatz (TU) sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wie haben auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 10 min. entfernt. also viele perks :)

The highlight of the shared apartment is its location. We are in the heart of the 5th district. Despite this, our neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. We have several parks nearby (Bruno-Kreisky Park, Hundsturmpark, and Einsiedlerpark). There you can relax, sleep in hammocks, and play table tennis.
The U4 Margaretengürtel station is a 4-minute walk away, and the U6 Gumpendorfer Straße station is a 10-minute walk. Tram lines 6 and 18 are reachable in 5 minutes, as well as bus lines 59A, 12A, and 57A. Various shopping options are in the immediate vicinity.
The Westbahnhof, Hauptbahnhof, and Karlsplatz (TU) are just a stone's throw away. We also have many shopping options only 10 minutes away. So, many perks :)

Du wirst dann mit folgenden lieben Leuten zusammenwohnen: Dem Michael (25), er studiert technische Chemie im Master an der TU. Er ist Motglied des TU Chors und ein ziemlich gemütlicher Typ. Emil (19) arbeitet Vollzeit beim Starbucks und studiert derzeit Chemie/Englisch im Lehramt. Zu guter Letzt: mir, Yusuf (25). Ich studiere Biologie an der Hauptuni. Arbeite nebenbei als Lernhelfer und absolviere zurzeit ein Praktikum im Labor.
Wir sind alle recht gemütlich und angenehm. Wichtig ist das die WG ein safe space für dich sein soll, wo du sein kannst wie du bist. Da wir alle einen recht gefüllten Alltag haben sehen wir uns alle erst am Abend meistens, oder in der Früh. Deshalb achten wir such auf Sauberkeit, es gibt einen Putzplan. Falls etwas nicht passen sollte, kann und sollte man ds immer anspreche können, offene Kommunikation ist mir sehr wichtig.
Ich besitze einen kleinen kleinen Zwerghamster namens Fiffi. Sie ist ne kleine süße Maus, die meinen Alltag ein bisschen versüßt. Keiner ist abgeneigt auch mal was gemeinsam zu unternehmen, sollte man gemeinsame Zeit finden. Komm einfach vorbei und lass uns mal quatschen:)

You will be living with the following lovely people: Michael (25), who is studying for a master's in technical chemistry at the TU. He is a member of the TU choir and a pretty laid-back guy. Emil (19) works full-time at Starbucks and is currently studying chemistry/English for teaching. Lastly, there's me, Yusuf (25). I study biology at the main university, work part-time as a tutor, and am currently doing an internship in a lab.
We are all quite easy-going and pleasant. It's important that the shared apartment is a safe space for you where you can be yourself. Since we all have pretty busy schedules, we mostly see each other in the evenings or in the mornings. Therefore, we maintain cleanliness with a cleaning schedule. If something isn't right, it can and should be addressed; open communication is very important to me.
I have a small dwarf hamster named Fiffi. She's a cute little mouse who sweetens my everyday life a bit. No one is opposed to doing something together if we find the time. Just come by and let's have a chat :)

Es gibt ne Haushaltsversicherung, in der auch dann eingetragen bist, sollte mal was sein (was ich nicht hoffe :o)
Die Kaution beträgt 875€.

Es gibt ein trockenes Kellerabteil und Fahrradraum. In der Küche hat jeder seinen Bereich (Kühlschrankfach und Trockenfach). Zudem bekommt jeder seinen seperaten Bereich in der Vorratskammer und Kleiderzimmer.

There is a dry basement compartment and a bike room. In the kitchen, everyone has their own area (fridge compartment and dry goods shelf). Additionally, everyone gets their own separate area in the pantry and walk-in closet.
