The room comes furnished with a bed, a book shelf, cloth hanger, chair, coffee table and a big white ikea cubic piece of furniture that you can see in the picture. The whole package costs 200€ (that you can sell when you move out of course).
The building is new, equipped with floor heating, good windows. The area is very quiet and your room faces a small backyard, so there won't be any big noise waking you up at night :)
The room is nicely located in the 5th district. The area is full of supermarkets, restaurants, take away, pizzerias, etc.
It's a very well connected area, within 5 minutes walking you can find line 18, 1, 62, 6, S-trains and a bit further also a U4.
If you have a bike it's possible to park it in a dedicated area in the entrance of the building.
You will live with 4 other people. They are pretty quiet. You will share the toilet and the shower with one person only.
Everybody in the apartment respect each other's privacy, but from time to time you might go out together if you want to. You can meet each other in the kitchen, but if you need your own space you can just get in your room and nobody will feel offended or judge you for it :) .
The 420€ includes everything except internet, which is 9€ that you pay to one of your future flatmates.
It would be ideal for you to move and sign everything before the 5th of March (because rent payment and so on), but if it is not possible of course we can figure something out :) I move out on the 1st of March anyway, so you will have plenty of time to move in freely.
