Helles, lichtdurchflutetes gemütliches Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete (September-Februar) zu vergeben!
Alle notwendigen Möbel sind im Zimmer bereits vorhanden (Bett, Kasten, Schreibtisch, Bücherregale)
Das Zimmer liegt straßenseitig zur Margaretenstraße, dadurch dass neue Fenster eingebaut wurden, ist es trotz der Straßenlage aber relativ ruhig.
Für die Möbel wäre eine Kaution von 300€ zu hinterlegen, die natürlich Rückerstattet wird.
Generell zur Wohnung:
Unsere Wohnung hat zwei Küchen, zwei Bäder, zwei Toiletten und einen Balkon, der in den Innenhof zeigt und gerne dafür genutzt wird, um bei einer Tasse Kaffee Vitamin D zu tanken und wienerischen Dialogen zu lauschen.
Die Kosten für das Zimmer betragen alles inklusive 330€ (Miete, Betriebskosten, Strom, Internet)
Bright cozy room for rent from September to February!
It´s a furnished room with everything you need- bed, bookshelfs, desk and a big closet. Due to new windows, the room is quiet, even though it´s located towards the street.
The cost of the room is all inclusive including 330 € (rent, operating costs, electricity, internet). A deposit of € 300 would be required for the furniture, which will of course be refunded.
Generally about the apartment:
Our apartment has two kitchens, two bathrooms, two toilets and a balcony that faces the courtyard and is often used to soak up vitamin D over a cup of coffee and listen to Viennese dialogues.
Die Lage ist erste Sahne, denn die U-Bahn-Station Pilgramgasse (U4) ist nur 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und mit der U4 kommt man praktisch überall schnell hin. Wenige Gehminuten von unserer Wohnung entfernt liegen drei Buslinien (12A, 14A und 59A), mit denen man auch sehr rasch in die Innenstadt kommt.
Der Naschmarkt, der nur eine U-Bahn-Station entfernt ist, lädt samstags immer zu Flohmärkten ein und bietet die Möglichkeit, gemütlich Kaffee zu trinken oder mit einem Feiertagsbier den Abend ausklingen zu lassen (feines Essen gibt es natürlich auch). Außerdem ist die Mariahilfer Straße nur einen 15-minütigen Fußmarsch entfernt, wo mit zahlreichen Shops für alle Bedürfnisse gesorgt ist.
The location is usually great, it's just a 7min walk to the metro station "Pilgramgasse". The U4 takes you to every good spot of the city, it's just three stations from the inner city. We have 3 bus lines in a 2 min walking distance as well. Also the Naschmarkt is one station away, which invites you to delicious food or refreshments as well as a peddlers market every Saturday.
Also the main shopping street of Vienna, the "Mariahilferstraße" is just a 15min walk away.
In der WG Leben zurzeit 7 Personen, 4 Frauen und 3 Männer (wobei ich, Hannah, dass Zimmer untervermiete- somit wären es dann 3 Frauen und 3 Männer und dein Geschlecht ;) )
Trotz der vielen Personen, legen wir sehr viel wert auf unsere Privatsphäre und Sauberkeit. Wir sind allerdings alles andere als eine Zweck-WG. Wir sitzen oft gemeinsam im Wohnzimmer und plaudern, trinken Tee (wobei es doch öfter Bier und Wein ist) und genießen gemeinsam den Abend.
Die WG ist sowohl von Studierenden als auch arbeitenden Menschen bewohnt, wodurch unter der Woche auch Wert auf Ruhe gelegt wird und keine lauten spontanen Parties.
Kurze Zusammenfassung zu unseren Personen, wir sind bunt gemischt- Künstler, Psychologie-Studierende, Kunst-Studierende, Biologie-Studierende und hoffentlich bald Zahnarztmedizin-Student).

Currently 7 people, 4 women and 3 men live in the shared apartment (whereby I, Hannah, sublet the room - so it would be 3 women and 3 men and your gender;))
Despite the large number of people, we attach great importance to our privacy and cleanliness. However, we are anything but a purpose-share apartment. We often sit together in the living room and chat, drink tea (although it is often beer and wine) and enjoy the evening together.
The flat share is occupied by both students and working people, which means that during the week there is also emphasis on quiet and no loud spontaneous parties.
Brief summary of our people, we are mixed-artists, psychology students, art students, biology students and hopefully soon dentistry-student).
