Da mein Mitbewohner sein Auslandssemester bis ende Mai verlängert, wird bei mir ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m2 groß und wird für die 2 Monate möbliert vermietet. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, ein Schreibtisch, ein Spiegel und ein großes Doppelbett (siehe Fotos).
Die ganze Wohnung hat insgesamt fast 90 m2 ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und besteht aus Küche + Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad + Klo und 2 Zimmern.
Die Miete beträgt 480€/Monat inkl. Stom, Gas, schnelles Internet, Haushaltsversicherung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Bezirk unweit vom Wienfluss. Die U4-Station Pilgramgasse ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt und die Busse 12a, 14a, 59a sind direkt um die Ecke. Zum Einkaufen sind ein Billa, Spar, Hofer, Etsan in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zu meiner Person:
Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und studiere Architektur auf der TU Wien. Davor habe ich meinen Bachelor in Soziologie gemacht. Nebenbei arbeite ich 20 Stunden. Ich gehe gerne auf Flohmärkte, bin vegetarier,versuche so gut wie möglich nachhaltig zu leben und bin gerne unterwegs und man findet mich oft in Museen. Meine Interessen sind Kunst, Design und Politik. Was ich am WG Leben sehr schätze is kochen, die Gegend erkunden, ab und zu sport machen und plaudern.
Due to my flatmate extending his semester abroad I'll have a free room in our shared flat.
The room is about 20m2 and will be rented with furniture as you see on the pictures (large bed, sideboard, closet, table).
The flat is about 90m2 with a kitchen/dining room, living room, bath/toilet and 2 large rooms.
The rent for the room is 480€/month including electricity, gas, insurance and fast internet.
The flat is located in the 5th district near the Wienfluss. It's a 7 minute walk to the U4 station Pilgramgasse and a lot of busses and grocery stores around the corner.
About me:
I am 24 years old, studying Architecture at the TU Wien and i did my bachelor's in sociology at the University of Vienna. I also work 20 hours a week. I love going to Fleamarkets, i am vegetarian and i try to live as sustainable as possible. I am intrested in art, design and politics. At home i love to cook, read or go for a walk (sometimes i run or play basketball) and i love going to museums. Also i started to repair old Lamps in the 3rd lockdown.
