Unsere Wohnung liegt im 5. Wiener Gemeindebezirk und hat eine super
Verkehrsanbindung: U4 (Margaretengürtel, Pilgramgasse), Straßenbahnen
(Margaretengürtel, Arbeitergasse), Busse auch in der Nacht (Am
Hundsturm, Reinprechtsdorfer Brücke, Einsiedlerplatz).
Außerdem sind drei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, selbst wenn man langsam geht,
nur 5 Minuten entfernt: Billa, Spar, Hofer.
Post, Bankomat, Apotheke und Bäcker gibt's vor der Haustür.
Man ist schnell bei der TU Wien, Uni Wien und zur WU Wien fährt man auch
nicht allzu lange.
Exceptional public traffic connection: U4 (Margaretengürtel,
Pilgramgasse), Tram (Margaretengürtel, Arbeitergasse), Bus also at night
(Am Hundsturm, Reinprechtsdorfer Brücke, Einsiedlerplatz).

WG-Leben
Wir sind eine herzliche, internationale, saubere und ordentliche WG.
Allesamt in Mitte bis Ende 20 studieren. Wir legen viel Wert auf ein
aktives WG-Leben: essen, spielen und leben miteinander. Dies spielt sich
fast immer in unserer geräumigen Wohnküche ab (GESCHIRRSPÜLER
vorhanden). Außerdem gibt es zwei Bäder (Dusche+Wanne) und ein WC, eine
wunderbare Dachterrasse mit suuuuuper Ausblick und einen Fahrradabstellraum.
Jeder Mitbewohner hat einen eingebauten Kleiderschrank im großen Flur
und wir teilen uns eine Waschmaschine/Trockner.

We are a cordial, cosmopolitan, clean and tidy shared flat. We are in
our mid to end 20ies and study. Very important to us is a active social
life: having dinner, playing games and living together happens mostly in
our spatious combined kitchen/living room (diswasher included ;). Two
bathrooms (shower+tub) and a toilet are available. A magnificent roof
terrace with extraordinary view and a bicycle storage room.
There is a wardrobe for everyone on the corridor and we are sharing a
washing machine/dryer.
