Welcome to our cozy WG. We have a room empty by the end of this year.
The room is about 14 m² (You can find the detailed measurements in one of the pictures). The room will be rented out unfurnished. If you do not have as many furniture as in the picture, it will be more spacious (proven by previous tenant :)). The window faces south and to the street Brandmayergasse.
The apartment locates on Brandmayergasse, in the 5th district. It is easily reachable by public transport: 59A, 6,18, 62, Badner Bahn, U4. It has 4 rooms, a very big anteroom, separate toilet and bathroom (including bathtub), a storage room and a big kitchen + living room.
The overall cost is 232.7 per month, including heating, electricity, and internet. The deposit: 3 BMM.
The centre of the living in this WG is in the kitchen, which is also the living room, where we sometimes sit together, talk and eat. You will be living with three flatmates: Tim, the main tenant, a pilot; Emily, a tour guide; and Nico. If you are interested, they would like to ask you the following questions:
1. Do you smoke?
2. What do you do (working, studying etc.)
3. How long would you plan to live here for?
4.What is your idea of a fun Friday night?
5. Do you cook a lot?
6. Have you lived in a WG before?
7. At what time do you usually go to bed?
8. Are you sensitive to sounds?
9. When would you be able to move in?
10. Would you be open to the idea of doing mini-renovations in the flat and chipping in with all of us?
11. We don't have a dishwasher, how good are you at cleaning up after yourself?
Because of current situation, Tim is most of the time not in the apartment. The next day he comes back will be on Dec. 22, so we decided to have the visit on that day. If you have difficulties visiting the apartment on Dec. 22, please let me know, we can arrange a visit earlier, but only virtually meeting him.
