Da ich über den Winter in einem Skiresort arbeiten werde, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum jemanden der in eines der Zimmer einziehen möchte.
Du würdest dir die 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit der Astrid (26 J.) teilen. Astrid ist im Oktober neu in diese Wohnung eingezogen und ist ursprünglich aus der Steiermark. Sie ist eher ruhig, entspannt und sehr lieb. Sie studiert Kunst und verbringt die meisten Wochenenden bei ihrer Mama in der Steiermark. Was bedeutet, das du die Wohnung auch öfter mal für dich alleine hast. :)
Das Zimmer ist von 7.12.2021 bis März/April 2022 frei

Hello.
I'm leaving Vienna from the 7th December till March/April and I'm looking for somebody to sublet one of the rooms during that time period.
You would share this big apartment with a really sweet girl named Astrid. She is 26 y.o. and is originally from Styria.
She is calm and friendly and studies Art. On the weekends she often travels back to Styria, so you would have the apartment to yourself.
Die Wohnadresse ist die Wiedner Hauptstr. jedoch geht man durch ein Haus durch und kommt dann in einen Innenhof der sehr ruhig ist. In dem ersten Innenhof befindet sich dann die Wohnung, was sehr angenehm ist, weil man den Lärm von der Wiedner Hauptstraße überhaupt nicht mitbekommt.
Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich die Tram 1,62 und die Badner Bahn. 15min entfernt sind jeweils U1 hbf und U1 Taubstummengasse.

The address of the apartment is Wiedner Hauptstraße, but the apartment is located in the inner courtyard which is great because it is very quit even though you live in the city centre.
Right in front of the house you have the Tram 1, 62 and Badner Bahn. The subway stations U1 Hauptbahnhof and U1 Taubstummengasse are each in 15 min walking distance.
Das Wg Leben ist sehr entspannt, es gibt keinen Putzplan und keine Zwanggemeinschaft.
Ob in plauder- oder in Winterschlafstimmung, du kannst hier sein wie du möchtest solange der Umgang respektvoll ist.
Da Astrid eher hellhörig ist, habe ich es meistens so gemacht das ich Freunde zum trinken/rauchen und kleine Partys eher am Wochenende gemacht habe, wenn Astrid in der Steiermark ist. Wobei Astrid auch Lust hat mal eine größere Party zu schmeißen, vielleicht seit ihr ja motiviert gemeinsam eine Party auf die Beine zu stellen. :)

This wg is very relaxed. As long as you clean after yourself and are respectful in your interaction with others you will have a splendid time here. I try to not be to noisy during the week because Astrid is a little bit sensitive and likes to go to bed early.
Since she is gone most weekends I mostly have social gatherings, Partys etc. on the weekends. The neighbours are very relaxed and they don't mind noise at all.
Though Astrid did mention recently that she would like to have a big party at some point! Maybe you can make that happen together, if you feel motivated. :)
Der Balkon ist leider nur durch eines der Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Je nachdem in welchem der Schlafzimmer du einziehen magst, bist du entweder im Balkon durchgangszimmer oder im größeren Schlafzimmer ohne Balkon.
Astrid wohnt derzeit im größeren Zimmer aber wäre auch offen Zimmer zu tauschen.

Unfortunately the balcony is only available from one room. Astrid currently lives in the bigger room without the balcony but would be open to move into the smaller room wich is connected to the balcony.
