Ich vermiete mein 24m2 großes Zimmer, da ich ein Praktikum im Ausland absolviere.
Das Zimmer ist sehr schön hell und zeichnet sich durch den schönen Altbau aus.
Das Zimmer wird komplett möbliert vermietet und ich bitte um eine 700euro Kaution. Es wird Dich bei Deiner Ankunft daher ein Kleiderschrank, ein sehr großes Bett, ein sehr großer Schreibtisch und eine kleine Kommode erwarten.
Der Raum ist gut Geräusch isoliert, gut beheizbar und hell.
Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Du einen grünen Daumen mitbrächtest, da es mir sehr schwer fällt mich von meinen Pflanzen zu lösen.
Falls Du mit deinem Fahrrad anreist haben wir sowohl einen Innenhof als auch Außenplätze.

I rent my 24m2 room because I am doing an internship abroad.
The room is very nice and bright and is characterized by the beautiful old building.
The room is rented fully furnished and I ask for a 700euro deposit. Therefore, upon your arrival you will find a closet, a very large bed, a very large desk and a small sideboard.
The room is well soundproofed, well heated and bright.
I would be happy if you brought a green thumb, because it is very difficult for me to get rid of my plants.
If you arrive with your bike we have both a courtyard and outdoor space.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Bezirk an der Ecke zum 4. Bezirk.
Eine Straße weiter befindet sich der kleine Alois- Drasche Park, wo man schön mittags einen Kaffee trinken kann.
Des Weiteren befinden sich sowohl die U1 (Metro), diverse Tram Linien, Busse und die S- Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Insgesamt benötigst Du zu Fuß von unserer Haustür zum Hauptbahnhof 10min.
Alles weitere wichtige wie z.B. Supermärkte, Apotheken, nette Kaffees sind ebenfalls in weniger als 10min zu erreichen.
Falls Du mit dem Fahrrad mobil bist, bist Du ebenfalls gut angebunden. Von unserer Straße aus verlaufen viele gute Fahrradwege in alle Himmelsrichtungen.

Our apartment is located in the 5th district on the corner of the 4th district.
One street away is the small Alois-Drasche Park, where you can have a nice coffee at lunchtime.
Furthermore, the U1 (Metro), various tram lines, buses and the S-Bahn are in the immediate vicinity.
In total, you need to walk from our front door to the main station 10min.
Everything else important such as supermarkets, pharmacies, nice coffees are also in less than 10min to reach.
If you are mobile by bike, you are also well connected. From our street run many good bike lanes in all directions.
Wir sind eine sehr aufgeschlossene und gesellige Dreier- Wg.
Zu Deinem Einzugstermin werden Fillippo und Danielamit Dir zusammen wohnen.
Filippo kommt aus Italien und studiert Fagott an der MDK. Das bedeutet, dass bei uns Zuhause viel musiziert wird, allerdings empfinden Daniela und ich dies nie als störend. Daniela kommt aus Tirol und arbeite als Freelancer für eine Remote Sensing Agentur. Wir kochen sehr gerne zusammen, auch das Einkaufen haben wir bislang immer gemeinsam erledigt, da es einfach einfacher ist:) das liegt Dir natürlich frei, wie Du das gerne gestaltest.
Ansonsten sind wir sehr zwangsfrei, WG Leben kann stattfinden in Form von unseren gemeinsamen Mahlzeiten, Tisch Tennis spielen im Park oder manchmal haben wir sogar die Gelegenheit Filippo bei einem richtigen Konzert spielen zuhören.

We are a very open-minded and sociable threesome.
When you move in, Fillippo and Daniel will live with you.
Filippo comes from Italy and studies bassoon at the MDK. This means that there is a lot of music playing in our home, but Daniela and I never find this disturbing. Daniela comes from Tyrol and works as a freelancer for a remote sensing agency. We like to cook together, even the shopping we have always done together, because it is simply easier:) that is up to you, of course, how you like to arrange it.
Otherwise we are very free of constraints, WG life can take place in the form of our meals together, playing table tennis in the park or sometimes we even have the opportunity to listen to Filippo play at a real concert.
