da unser Mietvertrag für die Wohnung ausläuft suchen wir uns nach und nach alle neue Bleiben. Ich habe nun ein neue WG gefunden und möchte daher mein Zimmer vom März bis Ende Mai untervermieten.
Das Zimmer ist 14m2 groß, hat ein bodentiefes Fenster und wird alles bieten was du benötigst. Die Möbel werde ich drin lassen so lange du im Zimmer sein wirst, wofür ich allerdings eine Kaution von 500€ haben möchte.

as our tenancy agreement for the flat is coming to an end, we are gradually all looking for new places to stay. I have now found a new flat share and would therefore like to sublet my room from March until the end of May.
The room is 14m2, has a floor-to-ceiling window and will have everything you need. I will leave the furniture as long as you will be in the room, for which I would like a deposit of 500€
Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Am Hbf ist man in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. in 2 Stationen mit der 18er. Die 1, 62 und Badener Bahn fahren alle 3 Minuten Richtung Karsplatz und zur Station sind es nur 100m. In 2 Minuten ist man zudem bei Billa und Eurospar.
The location of the flat is good. You can reach the main train station in about 10 minutes on foot or in 2 stops with the 18. The 1, 62 and Badener trams leave every 3 minutes in the direction of Karsplatz and the station is only 100m away. In addition, you can reach Billa and Eurospar in 2 minutes.
Derzeit wohnen noch Bernd (22) und Helen (26) in der WG. Helen macht gerade ein Praktikum und Jonas studiert BWL an der Uni Wien. Sie sind beide sehr umgänglich und in der Wohnung ist es ruhig. Da wir alle ausziehen wird es wahrscheinlich so sein, dass noch jemand für 1-2 Monate ein anderes Zimmer übernimmt, das würden wir aber natürlich mit dir absprechen.
Bernd (22) and Helen (25) are currently living in the flat-sharing community. Helen is doing an internship and Jonas is studying business administration at the University of Vienna. They are both very sociable and the flat is quiet. Since we are all moving out, it will probably be the case that someone else takes over another room for 1-2 months, but we would of course discuss this with you.
